My car is being hold hostage... been without it for weeks due to a minor dent on bumper. They don't answer their phone, they don't have an answering machine set up. Only reason my car was taken there was because insurance had me take it there. Somebody from management please call me back! To the community I say this, believe the 1 star reviews.

*UPDATE* Came to find out they stole all my stuff out of my car. I had someone hit my car weeks ago. Secind shop I visited, called prior asking if they could work on my vehicle, they said yes. After a week of "estimating" im told they cant work on my car. Extremely rude employees but i ignored it because of their reviews and just want my car fixed. Minor frame damage that just has to be pulled out but they wont work on it due to "missing parts" that they will refuse to disclose to me. I work on my own car but i dont have the machinery for frame damage. There is nothing missing

Shop/Branch manager (male) feels too important and busy to take care of potential customers. I hope he realizes and perhaps gets a reality check that greeting customers and helping them is the key a successful business. I walked in 5 min prior to opening and was turned away, came back 15 min later to then be told I need an appointment., I told them i needed a quote for a minor fender bender, I was asked if I was going through my insurance., I told them no, then they said, well then you have to wait for a while. Really BAD EXPERIENCE!! Potential clients turn the other way, they are more business

I was rear ended in my 2014 Honda. I brought my vehicle to Y & S under AAA’s recommendation. They called me to book an appointment. Were fast and efficient inspecting my car. Dealt directly with AAA for me. Texted me updates about my vehicle and had my car ready for me to pick up on the day they said it would be ready. It was a quick efficient service and process. I will continue to use this business.

My son needed to get his rear corner bumper panel fixed on his Toyota Tacoma and they were fantastic! Very happy with the job they did! Couldn't be happier!

My car looked brand new when I got it back! I was pleasantly surprised to see that the paint matched exactly considering my car is 10 yrs. old. Their customer service is outstanding, and they keep you informed of the progress throughout the repair work.

I had a great experience at Y&S today. Didn't catch his name, but I spoke with a bald, tattooed gentleman who was nothing but courteous and helpful. Quality work and everything was done super fast! I was in and out in record time. Would highly recommend Y&S for any body shop needs.

Body work was performed very well. They kept to their timeline when work would be completed, and provided updates throughout the week on progress. Rating would have been 5 stars if customer service was better... felt like it did not matter to them if I took my car there for repair or not.

Unprofessional demeanor by staff, poor customer service, just plain bad attitude both on the phone and in person. A repair shop that appears to have gone way downhill, a shame.

My car was in an accident, Y&S was able to handle everything and fixed my car as if nothing ever happened. When I got my car back it drove smoothly as I got it of the car dealership. They kept me updated to when the car was going to be finished and the work that was done on it.

I highly recommend Y & S for their professionalism, high quality work, constant and clear communication and most of all for their honesty and integrity. We completely forgot a very valuable item in our car and went back the following morning after we dropped off the car. The car was already stripped down and our item was still where we left it. Anybody could have taken the item and it would have devastated us. But it was there, plain as day. I had a terrible experience at this Y&S Auto Body Shop!!! I was sent there by USAA insurance company to get a first estimate on damages to my automobile and I was shocked at the disrespect and outright rude behavior I got from the manager, no less!!! I asked politely that they send someone out to my car so I didn't have to enter the office as I am over 75 and we are in a pandemic situation. He came out to the car begrudgingly and when asked why he did not wear gloves during a pandemic to inspect my car interior he became very belligerent and hostile. Does't he know "the

They gave a fair estimate, kept us up to date on the status and did the work quickly. They are easy to deal with and are customer friendly. I will continue to take my cars there.

Y & S Auto Body Shop on Crenshaw Boulevard is outstanding and they do impeccable work. I took my 2013 Chevy Silverado Crew Cab in there after having to only 3 weeks when I was rear ended waiting at a red light. These guys are very professional!! They did an excellent job on my BMW rear tail fender bender crash. I can't tell it was damaged after they fixed it. Not only that but they went beyond what was required and touched up some of the nicks on my car and when all was said and done, it looks better than it's looked in years. I am EXTREMELY happy with their work. I am very happy with the service as well. Top notch from start to finish!! I highly recommend Y & S Auto Body Shop.

Matt, John, and all the detail, paint, and body guys at Y&S go above and beyond for all their customers. What is a nervous time for anyone who just had an accident, the crew at Y&S will put you at ease. As a car enthusiast who works in the car business who has seen all ranges in quality of repairs, I can say it is hard to compare the poor qualities I've seen in comparison to Y&S.

As usual The staff at Y&S treated me very well. I have a 2015 Mitsubishi Evo that had damage to top and window from fallen tree branch. They made it look like new. The paint was beautiful. They also fixed my car another time I hit rock. It had wheel damage and suspension damage. They replaced all the parts and I was back on the road in no time. This is simply the BEST auto body shop ever! Mun is always available to evaluate whatever barriers you have with getting your car back in shape. His staff is amazing, friendly, and efficient, they know what their doing, this is what they specialize in - repairing cars. Y&S AutoBodyShop is a tremendous asset to our community here in Torrance. I highly recommend them after repairing serious front end damage to my new car, my car came out looking brand new again!!

This place really did a great job! I had a brand new car and got into a fender bender, and when I got my car back it was as good as brand new!
The service provided was excellent and I was completely satisfied! I thank the crew so much for all the hard work and great social skills! Every detail was was properly delivered and put me at ease. I was so sad that it wouldn’t look the same considering my car was driven off the lot with only 2 mi on it! And 4 months later had my front end smashed.
