I have worked with various agencies and this one has very poor customer service,
I had to reach out various times for updates! Very unprofessional, waste of time!

Be careful. Don't repeat my mistake !!

The owner seems very nice. That's where all "nice and good" stop. Her company's applicant selection seems very limited and poor, and not well screened at all.

I ended up paying this company multiple of thousands dollars for a so-called "highly qualified" employee, who became a disaster for my company within a year. I ended up firing her later, but the owner was not apologetic, and would not consider even a partial refund as a gesture of redeeming such a horrible business transaction.

I ended up finding much better
