Joel Williams joined Aequor in 2015 through its acquisition of Therapy Staff. Responsible for leading and managing all aspects of business operations across Aequor's business units. Prior experience includes President of the Allied Division at Supplemental Healthcare and VP of Finance at CareerStaff.
As a nurse new to traveling, I had so many questions about housing, pay packages, benefits and the process of licensing. Tiffany, my recruiter, was exceptional, quickly and efficiently answering every question I had. She was friendly yet professional in getting me all the information I needed. After speaking with the nurse advocate, Mona, I was able to submit everything I needed to get licensed in California!

This is my second assignment with this Agency my recruiter Sean is AMAZING. I can not sing him enough praise. He is easy to talk to full of knowledgeable information . He treats you like a person rather then just another nurse that that earn money from. He truly cares about your success as a traveler and because of that you feel empowered to got out and be successful at your job. It is such a relief to have this kind of interaction with a recruiter after working as staff during COVID and not feeling valued. I will always recommend Sean.

As a new travel nurse taking the leap from the east coast all the way to the west coast, USSI has done everything to make this transition as seamless and exciting as possible. My recruiter, Austin Rammelsberg, got me my dream contract within just a few days of sending him my resume, and has been supportive, transparent, and responsive during the whole process. This is my second assignment with this company. Their pay rate is competitive and I always get paid on time with no issues Sean Davis my recruiter is awesome. He is attentive and courteous. He also. learns a listening ear but not overbearing like other recruiters can be. I would highly recommend this company to any traveler or non traveler for their best travel assignment.

USSI has been a great agency so far! This is my first travel assignment, and my recruiter Emily Schuler has been super helpful! She helped me get an offer at the hospital I wanted within 48 hours of talking to her for the first time! She has been very prompt in her communication and has been extremely friendly and helpful! The onboarding team was also quick to answer my questions since I’m a newbie. Definitely recommend USSI!
