Horrible customer service. These people couldn't even reprogram my tire pressure sensor. They said it was because my car was a "HYBRID" !?!!??!! The things this was my 2nd time going there! They had reset it the first time... Plus they wanted to charge double this time 20 instead of 40 just for a reset.

Seriously idk why I haven’t reviewed these guys yet?! My family and I have been doing business with Hernandez for the last 10 years and they continue to be our go to tire shop in SD. What keeps me coming back is Alex and his team are always a pleasure to work with and have the best customer service out there plus im a local in Chula and Sydro and love supporting local business. Work wise is the high point in this review because as a car enthusiast I bring in good wheels methods welds voxx volks etc and im always pleased with the quality and care they take, they definitely know what they’re

Screw this place. I had 4 tires mounted and balanced, the wheels were separate from the tires. My oth 2 friend came and had the same done. I got charged $25 a tire to mount and balance and they were trying to say I was throwing tires out at first. When that got cleared up the guy said it’s because they put new valve stems. My friends got 8 tires mounted and balance each, all of them with new valve stem. They only got charged $20 each. One of my buddies was getting all 8 tires stretched and they had to bring out the cheater and he still only got charged $20 a tire. Screw this place, never coming

Fast service, super friendly. Great customer service, very professional and honest. I have to say I was impressed. They were able to fix my tire (I didn't have to buy a new one). The service was fast, the place is clean (oddly enough because of the nature of the business). I would definitely recommend them and will use them again.
