To eliminate the usual damage associated with motorcycle towing, we custom designed a fully enclosed Bike Pro trailer for this service only. By utilizing wheel chocks and an extremely strong soft tie system, we can securely tie your bike down at 4 points, and no hooks ever touch it.

Thom was absolutely amazing to work with. Even with traffic, Thom was not a minute late in the late day. I experienced a flat tire on my Ducati Monster 1200 S - never had one before and was super nervous about who handled my bike. Thom brought a closed trailer and was MORE than careful with my bike and I could not have been happier. He got the bike to the dealership (over 40 miles away) before they closed during rush hour. Absolutely recommend and will continue to use their service 5/5 100%!

Thom picked up my motorcycle when it decided not to start up for me to ride back home one Thursday evening. He showed up promptly--much faster than I'd have expected, especially given it was around 10 at night. He got to work immediately, and had my bike all loaded and safely secured in the trailer within a matter of minutes. He's also a very friendly guy, we shared a nice conversation on the way back to my house.
I especially like that he is a local business that is veteran owned/operated. Highly recommended!

If you want your bike transported safely this is the company to call. Iron Horse Transport does an outstanding job keeping your bike safe and uses only the best equipment to ensure you that your bike doesn't get scratched or damaged in any way. I couldn't be more pleased with the service iron horse provided. I wouldn't recommend any other transport company, and this is coming from someone who doesn't trust anyone with my Harley.

Where should I start with this guy? The blatant lies perhaps? The insurance company told me to call him, otherwise I wouldn't have called this sexist "company." Mind you, in the above pictures he messaged me trying to hit on me. 0/10 trash.

My bike had an electrical failure of some kind and I called Iron Horse for a tow. It was around 9p so I asked Tom (I think that was his name) to tow the bike to my place, and then I was going to have it towed up to the dealership the next morning. At first he said "if you want I can keep it overnight and then take it to the dealership in the morning" and that he'd just charge me for two tows, seemed perfectly reasonable to me so I said yes. Then when we were taking while securing the bike to his truck I mentioned that I get it serviced at Riverside Motorsports, and he said he knew

I called to get my scooter towed from my old apartment to my new house, and Thom immediately answered my call and arranged to perform the tow shortly thereafter. He also offered to let me ride with him to pick up the scooter if we were going the same way. I did not need a ride but I appreciated the offer. He arrived with a truck and a trailer that he had customized to hold all sorts of motorcycles and scooters-- I was astonished by how many different sizes of straps he had, and his trailer was clean and well organized. He loaded my scooter and strapped it down expertly, then drove to my house

Thom from Iron Horse transport rescued me late last Sunday night when my bike broke down in Haverhill. I called Road America who connected me with Thom. I was told up front that I would be responsible for anything over $100 which ended up being $70 and again I was told that upfront and agreed to it. Thom was in Haverhill with his trailer within 45 minutes even though he was in Wakefield and very sick in bed when the call came in. He still came and rescued me. He was polite and a pleasure to deal with in a stressful situation. I would highly recommend him and would use him again although I hope

I am not jack m, (he claims I wrote a review under that name). All i can tell you is that: Thom Colantropo has towed me 3 times. It is my OPINION the last two times he has made me feel very uncomfortable and my last two experiences have been completely unpleasant for me.
i will never use him again or let him tow anything i own again.

Someone tried to steal my scooter - pushed the ignition in, dragged it down the driveway, and jammed my kick.
Thom at Iron Horse was my knight in shining tow-trailer. He came and got my little machine - even though the wheel was locked and the ignition jammed. He was quick, gentle, thorough, and the prices were reasonable.
Anyone who needs their scooter or motorcycle towed (broken down, moving, anything) should definitely call Thom!
