The permanent magnet electric motor can produce 100 percent of its rated torque instantly - it's the reason for LiveWire motorcycle's incredible acceleration. I have been looking for a Street Glide Special
With the color package of Snake Venom with blackend engine. My buddy told me about Neil A top salesman for Harley Davidson in Revere mass. I called talked to Neil told him exactly what i was looking for Harley Street Glide Special. He didn't have one but he got on the horn and found one, he called me back told me the good news, i said great i asked what will you sell it to me for, he told me and i was very Happy and told him sold.....this was on a Wednesday and i go down Monday to sign papers.

My whole life I have wanted to ride. I was always intimidated and scared by the whole process. Every person at BHD made me feel welcome and comfortable. Adam in sales was hugely helpful guiding me through the different styles of motorcycles. Liz, Kurt, and Dan were amazing instructors and taught me so much in such a short amount of time without any judgement or anxiety. 10/10 would recommend the dealership and the riders course at BHD.

Big selection of bikes parts and apparel. Went to get a dealer shirt and poker chip for my visit never was asked if needed help even though there were two employees in the department. Picked my shirt, chip and left.

In a particularly challenging situation looking to ship a bike from overseas for trade-in and purchasing a new bike at a time when inventory is historically low, Boston Harley couldn't have been better to work with. In particular, Neil Anastas was excellent at regular communications to ensure that I had a bike ready and waiting once I returned from overseas. He was flexible and accommodating to challenges with shipping my old bike. I highly recommend Boston Harley for your next motorcycle purchase.

Worst customer service experience, I am so disappointed, I called to ask about getting my bike inspection after i had just bought a bike there and the person who answered the phone was rude and didn't want to assist me and i had other issues during my sales experience i spoke to customer service representative about it and she said Manager would call me back after waiting to hear back for on things being resolved for over 1 month I called back and they passing buck and not taking ownership for my complaints and I didn't get everything resolved

We shopped around for weeks before settling on Boston Harley Davidson Revere. The sales manager Neil was always busy but he ALWAYS called right back. Have us good information. Honest and transparent throughout the buying process. Perry was or sales associate. He was patient, knowledgeable, friendly, relaxed, and never pressured or rushed us. I highly recommend this place to buy your dream bike!! Very happy customer!!! Easy 5 stars!!

I don't normally take time to write a review about places but with the time that I've spent with Boston Harley Davidson in the last few months, I can't say enough good things about them!

Absolutely zero stars for the service department. On May 30th I decided to bring my Iron 883 there for the inspection sticker and on the way to the dealership the check engine light came on and I wasn't able to use the left hand module anymore. When I got there a nice lady came and told me that the left hand module is gone and needed replacement. I choose to leave the bike there since the lady says that she'll give me a call on Tuesday June 2nd to let me know how much it'll cost and that the bike will be ready for pickup the next day. All good until no one called me on Tuesday and

Purchased a street glide this past week from BH. I had a great time working with their whole staff. Bill helped find the right bike for my needs. He took the time to explain all the options of the bike I was interested in. Once we settled on which bike I liked we worked with Matty and their GM Kenny to get a deal that would work for me. Their team was fast and had a deal made for me right away. I would definitely recommend coming down here if you're looking for anything Harley. Shout out to Pete and Carlos as well!

I am impressed to see a Harley Davidson so close to a city with horrible traffic 90% of the time. I am an often returning customer of the Harley Davidson Boston location, and I have used all of their services. I attended the basic rider course earlier this year hand learned a lot about proper operation, some maintenance, riding techniques, and most importantly safety. Our instructor Sheryl was extremely patient and shared a lot of her experiences to the class. I still keep my journal and pen on my bike even though it’s almost full already. The course includes a written test and a riders test

I've visited Boston H-D several times both with my children and solo. Always a warm and inviting atmosphere without feeling any pressure to buy. I'm always encouraged to sit on as many bikes as i want. They definitely answer all questions and enjoy educating. Super nice folks.

They have kept my Harley in their repair shop with phoney, b.s. updates from their service team since early September. First, they claimed the insurance company wouldn't pay them. That was not true. Then they claimed that they needed to adjust the quote, Geico paid them for that too, still no bike. Now every time I've called it's "this one part isn't available right now". They promise to call back with an update and expected completion for the repair but never do. This has been going on for almost 3 MONTHS. No work has been done on the bike as far as I know. They are

Great attitude from everyone I interacted with at Boston Harley. Topher went above and beyond to help sort out some last minute issues with my group's bikes, which were shipped x-country to Boston HD ahead of our ride from Boston to Seattle. His communication before, during, and after the shipment was A+.

I also spent some time in the store, and was helped with some accessory and clothing purchases by a couple of very friendly and accommodating ladies. It is clear that a customer-first attitude was present in all of my interactions with their staff. I would highly recommend this team, and

This review is a long time coming ... but wanted to make sure I got it written! In September we were going to Boston with a group of motorcycle friends. Being from California we needed to rent a motorcycle for the trip. After many phone calls and speaking to the different rental agencies in the area, and feeling a little less than excited about my conversations, I called Boston HD and I ended up speaking to Star. This review update is way over due...
I brought in my Softail Deluxe into the service department to have them go over my entire bike.
I had a small clutch issue and also to check my brakes.
I dropped off my bike approximately at 11 am and bummed around the store for an hour or so then headed back to work.
About 2 pm the same day I received a call from Boston Harley Davidson's Service Department at this point, I was dreding the call thinking I would have some huge expensive repair since my brakes were feeling funny and clutch had issues.

I had a disappointing experience after getting rear-ended on my Harley. Communication with the service department was extremely difficult. I was unable to speak with someone and get an update over the phone for days at a time. The whole repair process took about a month. They would not reach out to the insurance adjuster when the estimate went up and wanted me to pay out of pocket in the end, even though we had agreed otherwise in the beginning.
Worst of all, when I got the bike back I went on vacation. After my return I noticed that the running lights were not working. The fuse kept blowing. After

Everything about this place is awesome. Starting with the location itself, which is easy to get to and conveniently located on the outskirts of Boston! Upon entering, I was greeted by multiple staff members whom were friendly and personable. Through out my visit, I met Frank, Steve, and Anthony just to name a few- they were all extremely kind and approachable. They made my kids,mom and I feel right at home. Service department is awesome; Paul is the best!!

Nice building, garage, and amenities. I even found the people polite and to the point. However, the service on repairs is absolutely horrible. I dropped off my bike for yearly routine service; oil and filter change, tune up, state inspection. They even charged me $110 for a "multi-point/safety" inspection. Fine, no problem, it means my life if a good mechanic can look over the bike and make sure everything is up to par before I take it back out on the road. I'll say that's worth $110,,,, if indeed it is done!!!

I scheduled an appointment for that day, dropped it off, 5 hours
