I’ve been a customer here since 2018, the owner Sonya is very sweet. That’s why I keep coming back here. The place is nice & there are very accommodating with scheduling. The staff are pretty good as well. The results are phenomenal. Their machine works for all skin types specially darker tones which other places don’t have that.

I am on my last laser session with Metropolitan Med Spa and the service here has been amazing. Me and my friend had our appointments with Taylor who has been incredibly nice and patient with us. She makes the sessions so much easier and honestly I wouldn't recommend anyone else to go to if you're thinking of getting laser hair removal.

I am a black women who has very sensitive skin. My nail tech told me about Metropolitan Med Spa. I was a bit hesitant because I made an appointment with another laser place, and once they knew my ethnicity they told me they couldn’t service me. When I called Med Spa, the customer service was exceptional. They assured me that they could service me. The customer service, the laser sessions, and just the overall space is phenomenal. I started out getting laser hair removal on just my face and over the last year has basically progressed to my entire body, lol. Maria is incredible. Her "bed side manner" is fabulous. She shoots it strait and her attention to detail is the best in the business. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else!

Sonia, the owner of the Spa is so friendly and very Professional! Her genuine advises for my skin is helping me with better results for the products she advised me to use. She made me so comfortable at the very first sitting at her clinic. She Kept on making sure that I am comfortable with the laser that she was using while doing the service. The results were amazing after just two sittings for full Body laser hair removal. I found metropolitan medals after reading their reviews. I was skeptical to do my face but I started and saw great results right away. I moved on to doing full body and after the first session, I haven’t shaved since the first appointment. The customer service is amazing, they accommodate my day care issues. The technician Sonya is so patient and takes her time to do the treatment.

I just finished 6 sessions of a package I had gotten earlier this year and I have to stay the results are SOLID with my unwanted, stubborn hair.
The ladies take their time to walk you through the whole process, are very knowledgeable, and informative should you have any questions or concerns.

Had treatments before with barely any results. recently went for another treatment and seen the most results from my other treatments. i do wish the technicians should do some sort of drawing on your legs to ensure they get every spot since the growth i get now is very spotty. in the past, the machines they had were always having technical difficulties but now they have upgraded and are not malfunctioning as much. definitely seen major improvements and im here for it!

I had my first session of Brazilian laser hair removal with Maria. I was nervous going in, but Maria was friendly and professional so I felt more comfortable as we talked over the procedure. She explained throughly about the procedure, what to expect, and cautions I need to take throughout the process. The pain was not bad at all and it was done so fast. The lady at the reception was also nice and helpful with making appointments and during check in. I will update after a few more sessions but so far, I am happy with this place.

Burned my sky. Left with 50 visible permanent marks. Every time I call them with my concern, they wouldn't respond. They don't care about customers health. So hasty, I had one hour appointment (paid 450$), But she finished it in 30 mins with little regard for my skin. Horrible. Don't go to this place.

Avoid this place like the plague! I had a really bad experience here not with the staff or technicians themselves but the actual laser service! I came here during the time that they had a special going on I bought two full body packages which consisted of 12 1-hour sessions. I was sure that with 12 sessions I would see great results and thought that I wouldn't need the full 12 because everyone in my family has done laser (at a different place) and only needed 6-8 treatments total.
I was seeing great results as I kept up with my sessions but once I was done, I started getting hair growth

I started here on a Groupon for laser hair removal and and very happy with my treatment. The first 3 sessions have shown great results and I was able to add on additional services at very reasonable prices. If you are looking for quality laser hair removal I can't say enough about Metropolitan Med Spa. I am already working on planning more treatment.

Dear owner- you are unprofessional causing your entire clientele today to be seen THIRTY minutes late just to fit in your friend/colleague. We schedule our appointments over a month in advance to be seen and the appointments are all timed, thus making NO SENSE for there to be a delay by this much. Do better!

I must say that I am very pleased with my experience here. The representative was extremely friendly and answered all of my tedious questions. They also had amazing deals and made me aware of them when they saw that I was buying too many little packages. They just went ahead and offered me a better package deal and I ended up saving more than $200!
When I finally did come into my procedure it was very pleasant and very painless! I definitely recommend this to my friends and will be returning here for any of my laser hair removal needs!
