About a week ago I went into this store and I immediately saw this tall, masculine, dominant man. I couldn't help but notice his defined physique and see the confidence sparkle in his eyes as he walked over to me. I felt tingles run down my spine as he placed his large hand upon my shoulder and ask "is there anything I can do for you my love" it was like nothing I had ever felt, joy, compassion, love, excitedness, I can't wait to go back and see him. His name... kasen. great customer service

I have no idea why I keep testing my luck with this place I already have a bad experience with the tint. Now I'm back trying to buy a system, I went in about 3 weeks ago I bought an amp, subs, wiring kit, and a box for my truck. Except they must order the box because they didn't have one in stock so I agreed. Called them this past Monday and I was told they had some trouble ordering it and would be here by the end of the week. I called by today no one knows anything about it, the damn sales rep James is barley in every time I call and no manager was there for me to talk to. I need a refund

I would like to give a big shout out to Liam and the fellow associates working New Years Eve. Liam was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable.

Shout out to Dj and Chris down at the install center for For Slangin Sound and Audio! I really do appreciate their hospitality, great customer service, and getting me set up with one of the best systems I’ve ever had. They really went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and got me some very good deals with the products that I needed. Keep these guys around because they are experts at what they do!

I had two different model subs I took in for an install. I said just use whichever sounds best or both or whatever you think will be best. They hooked them both up and then my amp went out in a week and they said it was my fault the amp blew because I hooked it up to two different subs. I was going under their guidance. If they said not to do it, I wouldn't have. Another shop said they would have advised against that.

Dropped my car off at 10:00 for a dash cam install. They didn't start on it until 1:00. After two hours the install guy informed me that the camera I brought in was dead and wouldn't fire up. He took me into the back to show me and a I was dismayed to see how many panels he had to pull off the car for the install. I am sure it was necessary but never expected the sight that awaited me, as my car looked like it had been in a major accident. I was bummed and he said it happens more often than you would expect for a camera to be DOA. This leads me to wonder why they don't test it before

I had my daughters truck tint removed and higher quality tint applied.
Brian did a fantastic job and it looks great. So if you are looking for a cool dude willing to go the extra mile for his customer's, cruise by Slangin Sound.

I purchased a head unit on Monday Sept 6 I dropped my vehicle on Saturday Sept 11 @1pm for a Sunday install @ around 1pm Sunday I tried to call the install center with no luck getting through so I called the main store and spoke to Alex. He put me on hold and said he contacted the install center and that my install was in the process of being worked on as we spoke! this being a head unit install Should have been less than three hours tops. I have not heard anything and I know they close at 5 o'clock. So around 4:25pm I went to the install center to get an update. Come to find out they have

This place is something else. The best deals for all audio needs. Installed speakers on my own and one was not connecting. Took it to their service location and DJ got me in immediately and fixed it. Let me know exactly what it was and how they were able to fix it. If you are planning to upgrade any audio go here. If you want someone to install, as for DJ. He will get you hooked up.

Unhelpful and impatient, with a dose of condescension. I know I'm not your typical demographic, but that doesn't give you the right to treat me like I'm a nuisance and I don't matter. I went in to potentially have my stereo replaced and it took more than 30 min for someone to acknowledge my presence, and another 20 min of waiting around just to receive a brush-off and nearly zero help. When we were speaking briefly about installation, I asked how late they were open for installs, and they replied, "7pm." I said I thought I could get there by 4pm if I left work early

Do NOT do business with this shop. The sales piece was decent, took awhile, but the sales guy was nice. The install was the absolute WORST "service" I've ever encountered. I had my system installed about 8 months ago and had to return twice. The CANNOT work on foreign cars such as Mini Coopers, find a shop who does. Almost every guy in the install shop was completely rude and acted as if I was an inconvenience to them. Now 8 months later I have an appointment at a shop that DOES work on Mini Coopers and they will be correcting the many issues including my subwoofer completely not

Please don't do business with these people. Not a single employee wearing a mask. When l mentioned something to our salesperson, he said he had "breathing issues." Well, what about the seven other guys helping customers? Ignorant people like this are the reason this nightmare will never end. Very irresponsible on the business owner's part.

I needed purchase a stereo for my old truck. Something with big buttons for an old man like me. Nothing fancy, but definitely one that can drive my two 10" subwoofers (If it is too loud, you're too old) and good sound quality. Walked in and was immediately helped by one of the staff. Friendly greeting, which was nice. I told him what I was looking for and he walked over and picked up a Kenwood.

I'd leave 0 stars if I could. I went to this place because of the solid reviews and it was close to me. Please read my review carefully before you decide to do business with these guys. My stance will change if they own this situation.
I tried to give you guys a call since your employee I just talked to said you were supposed to be open until 7 (I'm writing this at 6:45). From the moment I got my equipment through the install, it's been the worst experience I've ever encountered and I've been superrrrr chill about it. I went in for a smoking deal on a Rockford Fosgate amp... Unfortunately, they had just sold out and I had just driven across town. Cody was the guy helping me out... Cody is the man! Super no pressure service! let me look around and answered my questions. He felt bad that it was out of stock so he made me a great deal on a really nice pioneer amp and accessories. Very helpful guy, particularly with how busy the store was that day.
