Services
We have been designing, installing servicing and inspecting automatic fire protection systems for more than 28 years. Our clients are willing to go on the record about the professionalism and expertise we bring to each project. Fire sprinkler systems are on the job 24/7. They are a proven way to smother dangerous fires and give families time to get to safety.
Fire sprinkler systems design, installation and servicing are our specialty. We only install sprinkler equipment from leading manufacturers to ensure safety and code compliance. Residential - Your family will never miss fire sprinklers until the moment you need them most. They save lives. And our professional staff can design a system that is custom fit to your home's needs.
Who invented the fire sprinkler? In 1872, Philip W. Pratt patented the first fire sprinkler system. However, Henry S. Parmalee is widely credited with developing improvements on the original design. His improvements led to the development of the first practical automatic sprinkler head in 1874. Parmalee was a piano maker from New Haven, Connecticut who was looking for ways to protect his factory.
Based on a determination of your specific needs, we are skilled at installing the system appropriate to your needs. The wet-pipe system employs automatic sprinklers attached to a piping system connected to a water supply. The water discharges immediately from sprinklers opened by a fire. Only those sprinklers which have been operated by heat over the fire will discharge water.
If you are looking for employment in a high growth industry that helps people every day, consider a job in fire protection. We are especially interested in individuals who have earned certificates or licenses, completed specialized training, or who are qualified to operate equipment specific to the automatic fire sprinkler industry.

Adanac designed and installed the fire sprinkler system on our large new home. When I discovered they had missed three sprinkler covers after unpacking the last of our boxes, I offered to pay a fee for them to take care of it, since it had been a while - even though we had already paid in full for all sprinklers and covers. The owner claimed there's no way they missed the covers, because that would have been caught in the inspection, that "someone" must have removed them, and wanted to charge me $380. Zero stars for customer service.

Very disappointing service from Adanac. We had heard good things which is why we chose Adanac in the first place, and accepted we'd be paying a premium price. A few points:
--billing was confusing. Received a number of different bills along the way, without clear explanation of what they were for
-Adanac gave us the wrong piece of equipment (a strobe light/horn that didn't conform to San Mateo fire code) and the plan they drafted called for installation of the device on the side of the house, which also isn't up to San Mateo fire code. Two fire code violations in one job. After our
