I have lived here about 3 years
All stainless steel appliances, beautiful quarts counter tops, wood looking floors in kitchen and bathroom, giant bathroom, roomy kitchen, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Literally everything I've wanted in an apartment and an AMAZING price. Plus the added bonus of having tile throughout my living and dinning room(no other apartment has it).
Price for the apartments are great and the renovations they have recently done to the complex look really nice. The maintenance people are super nice and Rebeka is usually the most helpful person in the office.

DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE Lenexa Crossing Apartments !! they not only LIED about approval, but then KEPT THE DEPOSIT anyway! We called every day, went to office TWICE to only be told by some "new guy" they couldnt do anything! They only give you THREE days to get your deposit back and that includes non business hours for them to screw you out of money! Then they went out of their way to DELETE our online reviews to make themselves look better! They are CROOKS! better believe this will keep being posted on any and all reviews for this place!

I would not recommend living in these apartments. Though location is convenient and the rent is affordable, this is a case of "you get what you pay for." There are roaches all over the apartments that return even after pest treatments. The units are hot in the summer and cold in the winter. The maintenance and office staff are not helpful in resolving issues. It takes weeks to even get a call back. The office took 3 weeks to replace our dishwasher. There has been a rodent living in my ceiling for over a week. I've called 3 times with no response back. They obviously do not care about
