We’ve had so many issue with this place I don’t even know where to begin. When we first moved in one of our neighbors were harassing us and management did nothing to help the situation. When it got bad enough for them to intervene again they accommodated the problem and did nothing to apologize to us.
When we finally moved out we had gotten an email a couple weeks later saying that we owed $300 for “damage” when my husband called and asked what was wrong they said there was a stain under the carpet and that we owed them to replace the carpet, when we left there was no stain anywhere in

While the townhomes are nice in this area, the management team is atrocious. My in-laws have lived in this complex for over 4 years, and recently moved into one of the larger units.
Upon moving, the management team notified my family that the contracted appliance company would need to come pick up the washer and dryer. These appliances are leased through a preferred partner referred by Barrington Park.
When the appliance company came to pick up the washer and dryer, the management person (Whitney) on duty denied their "preferred partner" access to the unit to pick up the appliances because said

Initially, I was not interested in these town homes with negative reviews but wanted to give a try seeing the upgraded models availability and as management company changed recently. Leasing Agent Alexandra was very supportive, she'd shown the newer units and clearly walked through all the floor plans and upgrades in each category of units. I am looking forward to consider these, given the customer experience and the newer amenities planned for summer 2020

Was worried about the negative reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised with how well everything has been so far. Hannah did a fantastic job helping me chose a place, and getting everything all setup. Been living here a few months and don’t have a single complaint. Maintenance is quick to resolve issues and the unit is super nice.

Don't like to post these things but this is all I can do to warn others. Typical complex and trying to get deposit back. Had to pay for new carpet because of "pet stains" and worn out carpet which was not the case. My dog never ONCE had an accident in the apartment. If this happens to you, it's your word against the "professional's" word so good luck. Glad I have moved out and would recommend you look somewhere else to live.
As far as the response by the owner, already talked to your management and got nowhere, hence this review. Not right what you did and it's a shady way to get new carpet put

I lived in the property for 3 years. I was maintaining 70% (the small stuff) of the town-home in my own. Ruth, one of the employees, had some issues communicating with maintenance people. Started at move in with some miss installations, after that what fell apart. I had issues with the place from nails sticking out from the carpet, curtain rod was out of place, flooding....etc. after stopping by the office close to 10-15 times in the first two months ( after that it became a habit to stop by the office as i go to work throw-out the first year so i lost count). Every time i stop by to remind Ruth

My wife and I lived here with our 2 kids for 3.5 years and we were pleased with the courteous staff, especially Ruth. The current maintenance crew is much better than the one we had when we first moved in, too. Our neighbors were very friendly and the entire neighborhood was very clean. The newly upgraded units look great. I'd recommend Barrington Park to anyone looking for something bigger and better than an apartment.

I have lived in the townhouses for almost 2 years now and I have never lived anywhere nicer. Friendly staff that basically leave you alone, attentive maintenance. They give you plenty of warning when they need to enter your home. It is pretty cheap for the area and as a 27 year old woman living alone I really feel safe here. You will not find another townhouse at this price with this much space in this area. They keep the property looking very classy, even blow leaves away after they pile up on the grass. There is so much space in the townhouses, even a basement and I never hear the neighbors who
