Services
Dr. Shalinder Sodhi grew up near the Himalayas in India, where, since childhood, he was immersed in the study of Ayurvedic plants and herbs. In 1985, he received his Bachelors in Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) from Dayanand Ayurvedic College in Jalandhar, India. In 1993, Dr. Sodhi received his Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University, in Kenmore, WA.
Because we cannot scrub our inner body, we need to learn a few skills to help cleanse our tissues, organs and mind. Dr. Anju Sodhi completed her Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) in 1990 at Mahila Ayurvedic College in India. Shortly after, she and Dr. Shailinder Sodhi got married, and she moved to the United States with her family.

I don’t have enough words to thanks for Dr Shailinder Sodhi.Highly recommend to anyone looking for a skilled Ayurvedic practitioner.He gave me helpful advices how to change my life for better,that helped me a lot.Awesome results, I felt I am on the road to full recovery.He worked on my dietary changes thoroughly and his medications brought my stress levels to a significantly low level, that is so much appreciated.The changes during treatment are wonderful.Finding the root cause and working on it accordingly is the best relief for us.

If you are into Natural health and don’t want side effects due to prolonged use of medicines, this is the clinic you want to visit. Dr.Virender Sodhi, Dr.Shailender Sodhi and Dr.Anju Sodhi are the experts in Natural and Ayurvedic Sciences. They treat you from a holistic standpoint. The staff are nice and makes me feel at home. I found this clinic while searching the PNW for authentic, traditional, earth based healthcare.
After one visit, the 4 problems I have been treating with traditional western medicine for years are now dissipated. Including GI, spine, hormone imbalance and hypertension. I can’t tell you how many doctors I have seen in my early 20’s that I had actually given up finding help. There just wasn’t any actual help, just prescription drugs that are dangerous to be taking long-term.
I am so glad that I found these physicians, I have found my energy again!

I sought out this clinic when my M.D. was no longer able to improve my health. Every patient begins with blood work and an exam. After that Dr. Virender Sodhi puts together a complete wellness notebook specifically for you. Be prepared to actively participate in improving your health. I also had IV treatments as well as massage at the clinic. This place is top notch. We are very fortunate to have a clinic like this in our region. My health has been restored and I feel about 10 years younger. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain. It's good to know there is a place that can help you. I

Me and my husband met with an accident and had whiplash injuries in neck, shoulder , lower back and knees. In the first meeting itself, Dr. Sodhi could not only access the damage but not highlighted the possible consequences if we ignored to pay attention at the right time. He was very patient, thorough and compassionate in all our visits. The physical therapy sessions in the clinic would leave me feeling light weight always. Plus, the massage therapy that we received were customized to focus on our pain points and were different and effective each time.

In the almost 10 weeks I have been participating in Pancha Karma at Ayurvedic and Naturopathic Medical Clinic in Bellevue, WA, I have experienced true care like nothing before.
Dr. V Sodhi is a truly exceptional doctor. His presence throughout the process has been encouraging and affirming.
The PK technicians offer a level of care I can only describe as the royal treatment. I have felt a home away from home stepping into the treatment room for each session.
