From basic tune-ups to full suspension service, we do it all in-house for a quicker turnaround! This 150mm-travel bike can go deep on any landing and the VPP suspension design makes sure that there's no wasted energy when heading back up for another go. If you value style at speed or want to have fun feeling fast, then mixed wheels (29" up front, 27.5" out back) show that the spectrum is a loop not opposite points on a scale.
The larger front wheel provides more traction and stability that'll make you feel more confident squaring off the turns and diving for the inside lines. But a 27.5-inch tire in the rear means this bike still loves getting up on the back wheel and into the air. From flat out on the trail to fully flat over a table, each generation of Bronson rider redefines expectations of what a mountain biker is.

Services
Tani Walling opened The Path Bike Shop in 1998 in a 500 square-foot space on a shoestring budget in Tustin, California. Back then there was barely enough room to set up a repair stand, but over the years The Path has expanded as neighboring suites have opened up in our building. In 2009 we moved our retail store into its current location in the building next door.
Fast turn around on jobs - Call us at 714-669-0784 for the current turnaround time on the service your bike needs. Float through rock gardens. Feel the flow on technical singletrack. This full-suspension 29er makes it easy to experience the latest trail-taming technologies for a smooth, confident ride. Modern mountain bike trails are fun, flowy, and challenging. Stance 29 gets you in sync with the terrain, so you can ride with more confidence and have more fun.
The masses have flocked to the Libre. It's known for its ability to crush big rides, carry tons of gear, perform jaw-dropping skids, and may or may not have been tested by wheelieing with one hand while holding a beer in the other. Who knows. Featuring our Carbon Verso fork with its multitude of carrying capabilities, the Libre is the more budget-friendly version of our badass gravel adventure bike.
The M10 version of the Orbea Rise comes with a Shimano XT M8100 12-speed drivetrain. This includes a cassette that has a hill-crushing 10-51T gear range that makes climbing and pedaling through rough terrain much easier. Shimano XT M8120 hydraulic disc brakes provide superior stopping power so you can descend under control.

This is definitely not the kind of bike shop where you bring your Wal-Mart bike for repairs. With that said your mileage may vary but I have never had them be anything but courteous and professional with me. Yes they are here to make a sale but they support your passion for the sport and will engage you in a way that answers your questions or steer you in the right direction. These are not cheap bikes and the sport is not by any means inexpensive. Nice, genuine people overall.

Carla sold me a Santa Cruz Bronson, I wanted to upgrade to fox36, even paid for them. So she told me they needed couple days for them to install the fork
Next day she called me saying they needed to supposedly order a spacer an it will come in till October,
Pretty much a lie they didn’t want to sale me the fox 36 an me give them the stocks one an $600 on top of $5400 I was paying for the bike
I was paying $6100
Never even heard from Carla again , I should left the bike there an got it from somewhere else…

Called today @ 10:38 am to see if they had end caps for a DT Swiss 350 hub for an XD driver. They said they needed me to bring the wheel in because they need more info. I asked what info they needed and said in a bothered tone, it's just better if I brought the wheel in. I then called The Path in Rancho Santa Margarita and was helped instantly. It's not hard to figure out what type of end cap I needed, especially if you're a bike shop and deal with bikes all day.

This place used to be great with knowledgeable and helpful staff, but recently it's gotten worse.
My friend bought a new bike from there a few weeks ago, based on my recommendation of how great this shop was. Turns out it had a defective derailleur. They kept trying to push the blame on him, asking if he crashed and what not. It's obvious no one crashed; since there are no scratches or anything on the bike/derailleur. AND the guy working there said that SRAM SX derailleurs have bad QA. So anyways, no components are in stock, and the shop wants him to call in periodically to check

I went in to check out a gravel bike that no one but The Path Bike Shop had available online. When I got there, the bike wasn't put together yet nor on the showroom floor. All good because inventory has been crazy. Anyhow, they said that it would be put together in a few days so I left a deposit to secure it. Surprisingly, I got a call the next day saying it was good to go!!
The build was solid, they recommended and installed pedals, I totally love btw, and I was off.
In truth, I tuned both front and rear derailleurs to my liking, lowered my seat and raise my handlebars. All of which they

These guys are great. Went there today to drop off my wife's Pivot 5.5 bike for tune-up. The bike was a surprise gift. Mike the service tech informed me that it would be 4 weeks before they could schedule the work. But Mike took a quick look at bike and made adjustments to what the bike needed to be able to ride. Mike awesome service! Thank you

So about 3/4 of the way through my ride at Oaks I noticed that my rear derailleur was making noise and not switching gears properly. Derailleur adjustment is not my forte. I know it's simple but just not for me. I called the Path and the gentleman said to bring it in and they should be able to check it out for me. I got there and Zac was helping this kid and I noticed how cool and nice he was to this kid. He then started on my bike and was able to adjust the derailleur and he noticed that I had some damage on it that I had not noticed before. He made sure that the derailleur was good to go

I have been doing business with The Path since they opened. It's unfortunate that this kind of company naturally has some kind of turn over but in general they are good to deal with. They used to have a room in the back that had good deals on spare parts but since the pandemic that room is virtually empty. I give the founder of the company, Tani Walling, props on keeping it going. It's a tough industry to be in and have good consistent employees. I wish they had more parts so I could support them and not buy online. The other day I went in there looking for a travel bag for my bike.

This is a great shop. We drove up from San Diego because they were the only place in the area that had the bike model I wanted for my son in stock. In addition to the bikes (and they have way more in stock right now than other shops), they had a great stock of helmets, shoes, pads and other gear. Ended up getting everything I needed to outfit my 16yo, and some new gear for me. Not just that, but I accidentally left the user manual for the bike on the counter. They called to let me know, and mailed it to me so I didn't have to drive an hour back to get it. Great shop, great service!

Bought a Kona hard tail some months ago with a great experience! Friendly staff, knowledgeable and even let me test ride the bike before purchase. To make it even better they even offered to switch my tires to tubeless at no charge! I waited 30 minutes roughly and i was on my way... fast forward to my first flat and low behold: I've got tubes in my tires!!?! So bummed to be lied to in my face. Honesty goes a long way.. :(

Just picked up the last Kona Mahuna pretty much within a 80 mile radius of where I lived (LA). I called to make sure they had it and rest assured, they did! Employees were super helpful. Although it was busy when I arrived, I was still helped in a matter of minutes! I'm new to riding so the employee gave me some tips about saddle height and how to get on the bike much more efficiently. Another taught me how to read tires - what inner tubes your bike needs. Overall great experience.
This shop has lots of high end (full suspension and hard tail) mountain bikes available, plus parts and an assortments

I live next to this shop and I do not recommend going there for anything. I came in frequently when I was looking to buy a MTB. The sales people were very upfront about the lack of 'entry level budget' bikes they had in stock. Once you tell them your budget is below $3k, they stop helping you out. They had a wide selection of high end bikes that ranged from $5-10k. The racist vibe probably is a result of them profiling how much $$ you are willing to spend buying a new bike.
Once I bought a bike within my budget (awesome build btw!) from a direct-to-consumer manufacturer, I came in here

Great service and great pricing. Love it how you can rent before you buy. Super fun Trance +0. Rode almost 200 miles my first week. Now I need to get one for the wife/kid so we can ride together. UPDATE: had to bring my bike in for service and they loaned me another eBike. Such awesome service. I will definitely buy my next bike here

As some of you may be aware, during this time, the bike industry is selling an unprecedented amount of bikes and gear. Given this situation and the headaches that (I'm sure) come with the demand, I wasnt expecting the greatest customer service.... But woah was I wrong.
