We are currently in the final days of a real estate transaction where Casey Lesher is both our agent and the buyers agent. It has been kind of difficult as the original agent who sold us this condo in Newport Beach was also the buy/seller agent when we bought it. She did not do her job well, we signed a document that she ask us to sign that was never explained to us that left us to have to get an architect, permits, and possibly work done to bring our condo up to code because the last seller did not get permits. This is long overdue but better late than never...I hope. Casey was originally recommended by an acquaintance when we wanted to sell our Corona del Mar home.
