Very honest and trustworthy shop! I took my Sprinter RV in to have a Hellwig Sway Bar installed. They ordered the part, then called and told me that I already had one installed! They could have easily claimed to have replaced it, and I would have been none the wiser and $500 poorer. Big Kudos to these guys for being HONEST and not taking advantage of a customer.

I have a Sprinter van and discovered The Shop after the Mercedes dealership failed to get back to me in a timely manner. These guys are pros. Our Escape broke down on I76. Got towed to The Shop on the recommendation of our son-in-law who lives in Boulder. They had us back on our way to Pennsylvania in a couple of days after replacing a front axle, wheel bearing and tie rod end. Very professional, reasonable pricing, and good communication.

I wanna start off by saying I trusted these guys to check out my car and give me an honest and reasonable price estimate for the work my car NEEDED. After a second and third opinion turns out that my car did not need half of the work they had told me. They had quoted me $2,300 for clutch replacement after charging me $135 to “take a look” under my car with a flashlight. After getting my car fixed all it TRULY needed was a clutch slave cylinder and it costed me $326 in total to get fixed with other mechanic.

Phil is wonderful to work with, takes the time to explain to me what is going on with my car and suggests what really needs to be done and what does not. Had a great first experience with The Shop for my Toyota Tacoma. Great overall inspection and addressing of issues. Very clear, very thorough, very professional. I have two other Toyotas that are scheduling in asap! The Shop was absolutely wonderful! Easy to schedule with Piper. Thorough. Jason explained everything that was going on with my 4Runner and laid out a maintenance plan for the next 40,000 miles. I love that they are not only focused on what is going on at the time with my vehicle but looking ahead to make sure it stays in good health to last for hundreds of thousands more miles. The Shop is proactive which I really like and it also gives me a sense of what to expect in the future so I'm not surprised. Highly recommend. I couldn’t find a shop in Denver that had an appointment to service my Sprinter and diagnose it’s check engine light because they were booked solid for months. So I drove all the way out to Boulder because this shop came highly recommended and could get me in in a reasonable time. I’m very glad I did.

Purchased an unfitted sprinter that rode like the back of an army duce and a half. My passengers said they hurt after even short rides. The Shop Automotive was referred by a local van upfitter for suspension work.

I read previous reviews regarding The Shop Automotive and they appeared to be very positive. I made an appointment for the 'check engine' light on my Sprinter RV and asked them to look at my front brakes. Everything appeared promising but after three days the mechanic told me they couldn't fix the check engine light issue. They did determine there was a problem with the DEF tank heater or sensors. It was either too hard to get to or they didn't have the time or resources to make the repairs. The bottom line is that I left with shop with new front brakes pads but with the 'check engine' light still

The team at The Shop is awesome! We took our 2014 Sprinter van to them as we noticed that our front tires weren’t wearing evenly. They got us in quickly, were very transparent about the issue and then fixed up our van faster than they estimated. Our van now runs better than ever! This team knows what they are doing! I'm a no to this business. While there are some positives, you should know about the negatives.
Jason is the owner. He was initially awesome on the phone which is why I decided to take my Range Rover into them. Once I took it in, his tech, however, was condescending and a horrible communicator.
When I raised it with Jason, he was apologetic but did not handle the issue.
The biggest problem is an issue they missed. They told me there was no problemI with my suspension even though I told them the light kept coming on and that the Range Rover dealership had said there was a problem with

I went to this shop to have a front hitch receiver installed on my 2011 Toyota Tacoma. First, they charged me 2 hours labor for a job that should take less than an hour to complete.
Then, they called me and told me my truck needed the transmission fluid drained/refilled. Their words "we checked it, and your transmission fluid is dirty." I knew this was false because just 2 months before, I went to AutoMex shop in Minneapolis and they flushed the transmission fluid as part of a larger maintenance because I had reached 200,000 miles. I watched them perform this work.

I recently had car troubles and couldn't figure out how to fix the problem on my own, so I contacted The Shop for a diagnosis. They looked at my car and determined the fix required was beyond the value of my car, and worked with me while I determined whether I wanted to go ahead with the fix or not. In the end, I decided it wasn't worth their effort or my finances to fix, and they were very considerate and accommodating while I found a towing company to get the car off their lot. I fee so sad and unhappy with this place because I bring in my German car, they over priced on fixings it and changed a lot of unnecessary parts on my cars. After fixing it, my car has more problems happen , I will never come back to this place again. Sorry i just feel sad and it is the worst experience in my life with a mechanical shop .

This place is the best! They definitely go above and beyond every time. Someone broke into or car and tried to steal it (unsuccessfully) but ended up ruining the steering. Jason and his team were able to salvage us the part which saved us thousands! They are always honest and I trust them completely! No shady business which is such a relief! Could not recommend more!

These guys are awesome!! They explained the issues to me, helped me decide which were completely necessary and which weren't. They were also really flexible with my weird schedule which made getting the car in a little difficult. They weren't able to get my alignment done because of time constraints and they helped me find somewhere else to get the job done.

My car wouldn't start late on Saturday night. I called The Shop early Sunday morning as they were the only shop open. They gave me a recommendation for a tow and I submitted my car. I was traveling, and John and the crew did great at communicating the status of my repair despite me being intermittently available. The work was done well, with no pressure for extra work to be done. These guys feel like good, honest folks that genuinely want to repair your vehicle right

This was one of the most thorough repair jobs I've ever had. John also took the time to show me some of the other issues (including ones the dealer missed earlier in the day) and help me figure out which ones are higher up on the list of necessary repairs, without a hard sell. He seemed to genuinely care about making my 4Runner last as long as possible and stayed super late to get my truck fixed that day. Super pleasant guys, super clean (and I mean CLEAN) shop, fair prices for quality work, and an all around great experience. I'll be driving the two hours it takes to get back to them

I was putting new rotors on our Subaru and could not crack a bolt loose for the life of me. It was so frustrating, and I didn't want to take it to a shop because most of them would make me pay them to replace the rotor when I had already boughten a new one and was so close to getting it done myself. I gave Jason a ring and he was at my place in less than 2 hours. He cracked the bolt loose and even helped me finish the job for an incredible price- way less than what I would have payed anywhere else! Thanks for the help, Jas!
