Have been renting with them for almost a year. They were fantastic with getting us into a house quickly when we were in a tight spot due to a PCS and the house is gorgeous and well kept. We had an issue with the fridge and they were on it within hours and helped with repairing and replacing while my husband was deployed which was a lifesaver. Every time I call the office with a question or issue, they are always very pleasant and happy to assist. Would definitely recommend working with them!

We have been renting from KZP for almost 6 years now. We have rented 3 different properties over the time to accommodate our growing family. All the houses we have rented have been of great quality. We have lived in our current house for almost 3 years, and Kalli Ziegler Properties has been the best property management company I have ever dealt with. Repair requests are taken care of so, so quickly, and everyone has always been friendly, helpful, and professional. If, for some reason, we were to decide to move within the Fayetteville area, I would first ask to see properties managed by Kalli and her team before searching elsewhere.

I’ve had a very pleasant experience renting from KZP. They’ve addressed all of our maintenance requests in a timely manner. Their maintenance guy is competent in all areas he’s had to address at our property. The lease signing was also a breeze. I did it all online while I was on vacation and it took about 30 minutes. Kalli has also been very delightful whenever I’ve had the opportunity to speak with her and her staff has also always been courteous. They are my fourth rental company in Fayetteville and I would definitely recommend them.
