Ruby was very sweet. I just called her 15 minutes earlier for an appointment and she immediately responded and asked me to come.
And service was very good. I recommend her for people who live in sunnyvale. Ruby is very generous and friendly. I went her for eyebrow threading. She did really good job. My skin is really sensitive so she was taking extra care and taking enough time so that it hurts minimum. Ruby Aunty was awesome and I was very happy with all her services especially facial and henna.

Before my session I explain what I wanted done with my brows throughly. Made it a point to mention I also wanted to keep them thick, not to mess with the top too much as I was trying to make them even, and I want to keep a slight arch.
During the session they had 2 different people work on my brows, one came after the first asked for help. Talked among themselves on how to fix my brows based on what they had removed already, completely ignoring what I wanted. I don't think they realized I could understand the language they were speaking.

Would not recommend for blow dry if you have thick hair. They don’t know how to hold a dryer properly, let alone do a blow dry. Their only workaround for that is if you let them use hair spray in your hair (a good hair stylist will NEVER need to use hair spray DURING the blow dry to get it to come into effect in the first place). Option 2 is get it straightened.
The person doing my hair - who I met for the first time in my life - was also more focused on learning about my personal life, my marriage plans, etc rather than focusing on the blow dry she was not able to do.

Ruby is the BEST. She is very friendly and professional. She recently opened a new salon in El Camino and Wolfe Center at 891 E El Camino Real. She is very fast and efficient. She listens to what style you want. Her threading is painless and treat my eyebrows with care. Also, her price is very very reasonable. Definitely recommended!

I went to this salon for eyebrow threading. It was open super late on Friday, which worked great for me. The lady was pretty experienced. I don't do my eyebrows a lot so I am quite scared of someone spoiling them. I explained her what I want and also showed her a past picture, she did it beautifully with great attention to detail. The way she handled my brows it was evident that she has immense experience. She was quick yet accurate. The salon was clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend her for eyebrows. She accepts cash only, it may be hard to find parking but there is plenty

I've gotten my eyebrows done twice now and they look amazing. I have really thin arches and I don't know how but she managed to make them look so full and thick. I thought she was finished but then she said "no, put your hands back and hold tighter", then I felt her pull out random hairs that clearly ruined her aesthetic. It was awesome to see someone care so much!

Ruby was easy to communicate with to book an appointment. I had my eyebrows and upper lip threaded. She was careful to listen to what I wanted and the whole process was close to painless. Her hands are so light that I barely winced when she did my upper lip, which I had never experienced with others in the past. I also enjoyed our conversation and am planning to go back for other services in the future.

I come here to get my eyebrows threaded. Ruby does such an amazing job plus she always fits me In last minute. I have a 2 year old, a fulltime job, and I'm a single mom. She accommodates to my schedule, she's fast and easy, and she is so close to my house. I recommended her to all my friends and family.

Went in for threading and waxing. Job was very professionally done. I'd say one of the best pain-free waxing sessions I've had in a very long time. Threading was so well done! Usually people who thread my eyebrows get a bit over enthusiastic and make them too thin when I tell them I want them to just clean up the strays. Here, the lady heard what I wanted and did the needful. I'm happy with the results and will be a returning customer.

I always got a cut from the thread at this place. So I stopped going there. Yesterday was an emergency, and I thought how can one screw up upper lip threading. They had someone totally new do it, and another one fix it. And they achieved a whole new level of threading! I got a cut! And I've been threading for 12 yrs now.

I came to this place about a month ago and the lady there was so nice and friendly. She was professional and she made me feel comfortable. I came in for a brazilian wax. They also offer other services and I liked the place. I would really recommend it.
The only reason why it didnt give it 5 stars was because they used honey wax and when i was being waxed it hurt but I was fine. I was able to take the pain. But the next AM that I woke up.....DEAR LORD was I in serious pain. I was sore for the next 3 days and was not happy about that. The previous place I went to used a hard wax and that was fine
