Pete distinguished himself by going the extra miles to diagnose, and to fix my ejector pump problem. The initial assessment was to replace the floater switch. However, during the process Pete found out the pump itself was not working properly. He spent extra time to diagnose the pump and eventually fixed it without charge me any extra.

Our experience with Peter at Burr Oak Plumbing has been a breath of fresh air. He answered the phone, followed up with us, is incredibly knowledgable about his vocation, knew how to fix things, knew how to install things. He shows up when ge says he will, is respectful and friendly. Cannot say enough good things! Highly recommend.

Had Bur Oak plumbing repair and replace BBox and sewer pipe in my driveway and the work, professionalism, knowledge and communication and honesty was A +. Never had a contractor show up when they said they would be there and do such a great job in such a timely and professional manner. After wasting my time and money with 2 other plumbing companies come out and not even finding the water shut off Pete from Bur Oak came out and found it and repaired it in one day !
