The employees were very communicative and even helped us out by moving us to the beginning of the line for the following day since we needed work done in order to prep for a long road trip. Our goal is to inform you not pressure you. Our courtesy check helps give information on important areas of your car that may need attention - brake system, tire rotation, mechanical parts, etc. For maximum protection, most oil companies say to change the oil every 3,000 miles or three to six months regardless of what type of driving you do.
Brakes are the most important safety feature of your car. If there's one repair for your vehicle that you absolutely should not or in some instances cannot wait for, it's replacing your brakes. Brakes are a normal wear item for any car and eventually they're going to need to be replaced. For routine maintenance, check your vehicle's braking system at least once a year.

I have been coming here for a couple of years now. They are experts when it comes to my Jeep and I will never go anywhere else. Trick Trucks first sent me here to get an alignment done which was quick and priced appropriately. When something actually broke I went back and they gave me a written quote which I took home and researched as it was a pricey repair. They did not over charge me at all (being a woman this happens a lot). Work is always completed in a timely fashion and on another visit they even saved me some time and money by sending me down the street to Trick Trucks to get an easy fix

I have been going to this shop for over 20 years. I've sent many of my friends there too. Honest family owned shop. They do it all there, emissions, state inspection, speedometer calibration, and all kinds of repairs. This is the ONLY shop I will take my cars to, even though it is not convenient from where I live or work.

BE AWARE!! The worse auto shop and most rip off place ever. DO NOT GO THERE, THEY WILL BREAK YOUR CAR and RIP YOU OFF with charges. EVERYONE FROM OUT OF STATE HAD ISSUES. They are very unprofessional and take advance of people. I took my car on 10/20 to this place for emission test, they told me the car did not pass because of seatbelt light was on. Then next day I returned for another inspection and another technician informed me there was nothing wrong with my seat belt. So I took my car back to the first technician. One of their technician drove my car from parking lot to inside their garage

I had the absolute best experience at AA. Service on my honda and professionalism/courtesy were impeccable. I was in and out in no time..no waiting around..no extra surprises....Darrell was so attentive from the time I called on Saturday until Monday when I showed up. Thank you so much!! My 2003 Toyota 4Runner's frame was rusted and rotted so much so that it failed Virginia safety inspection. I drove it to Advanced Automotive and they put it on a lift and gave me an estimate while I waited. After the parts came in, they completed the repair in one day. It's as good as new now. I am not easily impressed but everything about this place from customer service to quality of work was top notch. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
