Ven was professional, came to my home on time, set up computer, backed up, and fine tuned,. Was clear with instructions for new set up of computer.. and was very patient with a very technically challenged user.

Ven was super responsive to an after Christmas call which was a bit frantic on our part. Our boys had purchased all the parts to build a PC and put it together....but it wasn't turning on. We ended up dropping it off at the shop and he had it fixed within hours! He explained to the boys what had gone wrong and what could be done in the future to avoid the issue. Great customer service and 100% available to customer needs. Would use him again in a heart-beat.

I've called on Ven several times to upgrade and troubleshoot my MacBooks and all my experiences have been positive. Ven, Set-Up our Small Business Server that has 25 Users for our Blue Printing Company in Elmsford, NY.
