Top Choice Real Estate School was founded and currently operated by Troy Gray. In 2005, he began his career as a math instructor in the State of Florida public school system. While growing up in the city of Jacksonville and throughout his career in the public school system, Troy developed a passion for real estate.
A sales associate is a person who, for another, and for compensation or in anticipation of compensation, appraises, auctions, sells, exchanges, buys, rents or offers, attempts or agrees to appraise, auction, or negotiate any sale, exchange, purchase, or rental of business enterprises or any real property or any interest in or concerning the same or who advertises the same, but who performs such act under the direction, control, or management of a broker or owner/developer.

Great,laid back learning environment. Very good teacher, he explains everything in a way you can remember it easily. I learned alot and enjoyed the class. I would 100% recommend this class to anyone who is thinking about getting into Real Estate. In another state my husband had a teacher that just read him the book for 3 hours, this class is NOT like that. Very interactive, and enjoyable.

I contacted Top Choice to discuss options for the Real Estate Sale Associate Pre-License course after calling other schools and reviewing online course options. I spoke with the Instructor Troy Gray. He was not only Professional but Friendly. We discussed options available and the rates. The rate was affordable and the class schedule fit my schedule. He didn't pressure me to join any classes. He encouraged me with providing some of the great benefits of becoming a Licensed Real Estate Agent. I signed up a day later. The classroom setting was small but comfortable. The instructor Troy was great
