Services
Anchor Care Services takes great care to evaluate our clients' needs. We perform initial assessments to gather information about the level of desired care that clients and their families would like to receive. With the availability to provide care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, Anchor Care works hard to ensure that each client is well-matched with staff.
Anchor Care offers Geriatric Care Management Services to clients and their families, in order to provide a comprehensive approach to their care needs. Our Care Managers will assist clients by coordinating their medical appointments, follow up care, medication setup, and bridging communications between families and medical care providers.
At Anchor Care Services, we provide one-on-one, non-medical personal assistance to older adults. With our help, older adults can live safely and comfortably at home, or in the residential environment they prefer; the place they feel most secure, happy and safe.
