From the time we walked into the store and left, we give 5 stars. Jack was great! He made the mattress shopping experience very very easy. He was very informative and knowledgeable and friendly. We will definitely come back here for our mattresses in the future! Our Delivery guys (ricardo) and helper, were wonderful, friendly, and payed close attention to the delivery process. Thanks again.

I bought my first adjustable base from this store a couple of years ago. The salesman apparently had no knowledge of the type of mattress that works with it so, I picked an expensive thick coiled mattress. During the past year, I've experienced incredible body pain upon awakening and while resting. Turns out, I should have had a memory foam or hybrid mattress with an adjustable base. I am furious that I was never told this. I will NEVER EVER purchase anything from this store again.

Worked with the owner to find a perfect mattress. He was patient and listened closely to our needs. He gave us choices and discussed the pros and cons of each. There was no pressure to buy, and he encouraged us to take our time. He offered a great price which we gladly accepted.
