I purchased a mattress by sleeptime for a guest that was coming. I was in a huge rush so I just trusted what the salesman told me to get and that it was a good deal. After bringing it home and using it my guest told me how comfortable the mattress was. I was so glad that it was comfortable but later when I had some time I went on line to price check and indeed the price was very competitive. Recently when I needed to replace my child's mattress I knew where to go and indeed was again very happy with my choice.

I made the mistake of purchasing a mattress from the "other guy" and had issues that they would not resolve even though under warranty. Purchased a set from Sleeptime and also had an issue but it was resolved immediately and the bed was over a year old! The sales support is terrific. They take spend time with you because they were more concerned about getting the best mattress for me. I never felt rushed or pressured by Ben which was great because I went to several other places and was dreading the thought of going to one more mattress store. But I was glad I did and I received a great deal. Oh...and I'm sleeping better as well. Highly recommend.
