Been having issues with my Miata lately and these guys have come through! Everyone I have spoken to has been extremely nice especially Jeff. One of the fixes didn’t work when I first came to them and they immediately looked at the issue and actually fixed it the second time at no extra charge! These are some straight up dudes and I will continue go to them for my car troubles.

This is the only auto repair shop I will use in Knoxville. They have a shuttle to get you to and from work while your car is being repaired which is a huge plus. The service is high quality and they really put a lot of effort into making sure they check absolutely everything and give you fair warning of upcoming issues you may have. Best of all, the staff is patient, friendly, and honest. They don't just tell you what's wrong and how much the fix will cost; they take the time to explain the function of the vehicle and how your vehicle's issue affects your vehicle's performance.
