I'm someone who's seldom at a loss for words, but the old school integrity and professionalism of Fisher Tire challenges me to find enough of the right words to give them their due. They provided my tires, and i've been back ever since for rotations and oil changes, including last week in advance of a road trip. The following day a warning light came on advising of low oil pressure, so I called to inquire if they could and or would look at it since the car's manual advised not driving it until it was fixed. I was afraid I was looking at a major engine repair. Amazingly, they asked where I lived

I was travelling through Knoxville from Kentucky and I ended up getting an irreparable flat tire. Fisher's was the only place that had my size tire. They got it changed, mounted, and balanced in hardly any time. The staff were super friendly, accommodating to my situation, and the price for the service was reasonable. If I was local, I would definitely use this place more often for my car.

I am new to Knoxville and my son, who lives in Knoxville, recommended Fisher in Farragut. Went in with a mystery problem and they took me immediately. After a very short wait, my car went back to the shop, problem found, resolved and no charge as a new customer. Buzz Vaughan was friendly, courteous and won me as a customer for as long as I live in Knoxville. First class auto repair shop.

Hands down the best tire shop in Knox county!
The staff is very friendly and they know what they’re doing! The owner is fantastic. He takes pride in his business and it shows in his staff and his work.
The wheels and tires on my vehicle are very specific and not made anymore. These guys have taken care of my cars every time!

I went into Fisher Tire to have someone look at my son's brakes on his Jeep, after making an appointment. When we got there, they told me that they couldn't find our name anywhere. They said that it would be a few minutes, but they could squeeze me in and have look. After they opened up and investigated it, the service man said " the brakes have 65% left on the rear and 5% on the front", they are suggesting new rotors and pads for the front at $430+. "But, for $218, all it really needs is for the rotor to be shaved down and new pads". My kid is going back to school

We had a overheating problem and stopped for breakfast the man at the restaurant sent us here as he felt as a family owned business they would do right by us. As we are from Michigan and needed to get home. They were so good to us and treated us fairly, as a traveler I have experienced shops who take advantage. I would recommend them to anyone

I have been to auto repair shops, dealerships, tire stores all over the country. It's usually "buyer beware". Not Fisher Tire. We have used them several times over the last few years and have found them to be very unusual. As near as I can determine, they are a rare bread in a shady, shady business. They are honest,charge fair prices, courteous and they obviously care about their business. They show this care by the way they treat their customers. Very, very happy with Fisher Tire. They have saved us hundreds of dollars that less reputable businesses like Harper Volkswagon

We were coming home from a long trip on the way back to Alabama with an infant when we had some tire/wheel issues. The guys at fisher saw us immediately and fixed our issues and told us what to do when we got home to fix the issue for good. Great customer service and very reasonably priced. If we lived in Knoxville, this would be our only tire spot.

I had a last minute request today, and they took me in quickly. On top of that, I was quoted almost $1,000 by a dealership in town for a maintenance package. Fisher looked at everything and charged me $0.
I'm so happy I found an honest mechanic in town - and on top of being honest, they were flexible and fast. Thank you Fisher Tire! I will be a customer for life because of the service I received today.

Well driving through from Pennsylvania the car battery light came on. we stopped at advance auto parts on of the techs recommended Fisher tire. We pulled in and they were able to get us in immediately. They were very courteous and took care of our car immediately. They even let the kids draw on their sidewalk with sidewalk chalk. Would gladly stop by this place again. The staff is very professional, friendly and understanding.

I had a small leak in my tire. Went to the Bearden location where the technician filled it with air. They were unable to put a patch on the tire due to time constraints so they called over to Farragaut and confirmed that I could be taken care of there. Once at the Farragaut location they got the car in the garage bay and realized that the patch was going to be placed in a spot that they weren't completely confident that it would hold. And due to the fact that my tires are run flats they couldn't replace it on the spot without ordering one in. However they told me that they would put on

I know how it goes with car shops and how they can be.. but my latest experience at Fisher store was bad. I walked in with a simple problem and was ignored multiple times by multiple front desk people. I was even prioritized by people calling in, to just chat on the phone. When you are as loyal as I have been in the past decade, you would at least expect to be waited on at a decent time. Will not be going back.

Unfortunately we can no longer recommend this place. We took our car in for break service which they did not do correctly and then would not make it right when we brought it back in. If you choose to bring your car here for any reason, get your quote in writing because they will tell you one thing and then charge you another when you try to pick it up. Buyer beware!

Stay away from this place at all costs if you value your time and money. We experienced nontransparent pricing and multiple screw-ups on the part of their employees when having a simple wheel replacement done. They selected, ordered, installed, and didn't notice completely wrong aspect wheels (visualize tires hitting fender wells!) and when they corrected the error (another week without us having the vehicle) they made money on the backend of the deal by replacing with a cheaper brand. I called them on it, and they said they "forgot to refund us the difference" all the while not
