Do not expect them to stand by their word. I dropped off a single body part to be repainted on Thursday 12/23/21 and was told they may even be able to repaint it that day, at the latest next Monday. The following week comes around and I hear nothing from them. I then call this Monday for an update and am told they have not begun the job yet and to just go ahead and call them later that week. I decided to walk in today to get an update and was surprised to find out they have not performed any work.

Highly recommended. Tracy was very helpful and took the time to help out where a previous place I took the car to did not perform the alignment properly. Charlie aligned the car with precision workmanship, quality, and professionalism. He recommended only what it needed for the proper specifications. Excellent shop with excellent professionals. I plan on returning there for my future tires, alignments, and other work needed .

Asked for an estimate on the back driver side panel; instead they provided me an estimate cost on repairing everything externally non-perfect. Its a 2014, not a car and driver magazine cover or anything or anything remotely over done, such as that.
Except that was only step one, verified repair Paperwork.
Time to think and ponder in the wonder of it all.

I took my Cadillac CTS to get the right rear fender repaired and they did a beautiful job and if my wife says that it is great and better than before then I'm not saying a word different. They repaired it beyond better. they even detailed the whole car inside and out. I can't say anything about them but praise and if you don't take your car to them to have body work done then you lose out.

Kelly Long is the most incredible person on this Earth to work with. My wife and I had just begun our honeymoon when our car was run off the road by a man who was speeding, and he drove off leaving us on the side of the highway.
