Specialty Reformers and Wall Springs in our state-of-the-art Core Studio enable you to apply the optimal amount of weight to your body, thereby minimizing joint impact and excess force while helping you safely improve strength, balance and posture. Classes range from Power to Restorative yoga in our Peace Studio and Peace Garden, which is warmed by Infrared Radiant Heat Panels that help improve circulation, increase collagen and release toxins.

Barre classes in our Core Studio allow you to use your own body weight to work unique muscle groups to the point of fatigue, helping improve weight loss, endurance and flexibility. Meditation classes in our Peace Studio and Peace Garden will help you manifest greater feelings of calm by facilitating growth in the areas of the brain associated with stress regulation, memory, empathy and an improved sense of self.

Yoga comes from the sanskit term, yuj, which means unite. Classical yoga's highest goal is to help you become enlightened by "uniting" your individual self with the Infinite or Divine. Peace Core Studios offers you Hatha Yoga where you are taught physical postures to help calm and strengthen your mind, body and spirit.
Barre classes allow you to use your own body weight for both resistance and endurance. Through small, deliberate repetitive movements, Barre isolates and works unique muscle groups to the point of fatigue, and then stretches them for relief, allowing you to pinpoint and strengthen specific muscle groups such as the abdomen and upper arms.
Pilates is easy on your joints thanks to the fact that you are lying on a Reformer. By lying horizontally, you avoid the pressure of own body weight from gravity and instead select the exact number of springs you feel comfortable using for resistance. Pilates exercises tend to focus on your "core" i.e. abdominal muscles, hence the name of PeaceCore Studios.
Studies have proven that in just 8 short weeks people who began meditating were able to manifest greater feelings of calm by facilitating growth in the areas of the brain associated with stress regulation, memory, empathy and an improve sense of self. Meditation is a mindful practice which begins to build awareness as to how we think.
By participating in our mild heat and hot yoga classes, you experience the benefits of infrared radiant heaters in place of conventional hot air. Far Infrared Light is the frequency of invisible light generated naturally by the sun. Far infrared radiant (FIR) heat therapy takes advantage of the heat generated by waves of low energy at the far end of the infrared spectrum.
