Robin's goal is to create an atmosphere where everyone, regardless of their strength, body shape, age, or fitness level can find a deep connection to their body through movement. Her favorite part of being an instructor is seeing clients progress in their Pilates practice and witness the change in their physical and mental strength.
New to Pilates? Start here! Two one-on-one sessions will teach new clients the fundamentals of Pilates, introduce the equipment and get you acquainted with class etiquette. After two 55-minute sessions, you'll be ready to hop right into a group class. Contact us to schedule your intro sessions. After new clients complete their intro sessions, or if a client has previous experience on a reformer, they will be welcome to join a group class.
Mindful Motion Pilates is excited to offer Barre classes. Barre is a combination of ballet and Pilates with a focus on small, high intensity, low-impact movements that will involve your entire body. This workout involves a little bit of everything: strength training, cardio and stretching. This class will get your heart pumping and your body burning!
