We decided to offer a customer care oriented service were trust, price, on-time and customer satisfaccion policies are the everyday working rules.

Auto Superior L.L.C. is recognized in the neighborhood for providing other services that helps a lot to customers as well to other mechanics with their needs. 1. Diagnostic & Fix emission problems, and performe emission test at the time vehicle is ready to pass it. Therefore customer has not worries about having to drive the car for two weeks with an experid tag.
Auto Superior is commited to provide services at the right price. Our labor rate per hour is $70. Most of the times we do not charge diagnostics, if customers give us the ok to go ahead and do the repairs quoted. Only on those cases of severe Engine, Transmission, Electrical, Or Drivetrain damages were a lot of parts removal and specialized tests are involved we have to charge from 1, 2, 3 or no more than 4 hours Diagnostic.

I totally rely on the job, car was running smoothly, breaks were working as expected, the engine oil was changed totally since it was already due.. It felt like new. Hector tells you what you really need to change, advises what is convenient and you decide, he explains whatever you need to understand. He is an engineer with master very resourceful and intelligent. He definitely knows what he is doing.

Most honest tire shop I've been to! Almost every tire shop I've been to has been dishonest scammers. After finding this place I never had to go anywhere else. Really honest people and reasonable prices. They usually sell used tires but have recently stocked up on brand new tires. Half the shop is used tires with great tread and the other half of the shop is brand new tires and both at very reasonable prices.

This place is hands down the best mechanic shop in Gwinnett county. The owner Hector is honest, very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I love going to a mechanic and feeling like I can trust him and he isn't going to come back with a million things he found wrong with the car. Hector is very fair and a straight shooter. He has earned my business after one transaction with him and I continue to go back. This is a mechanic shop and your not paying extra for parts and labor for a comfy waiting room and fancy establishment. Give Hector a try if you want a honest mechanic.
