Kind and knowledgeable folk that I trust. Would highly recommend, so glad I found such a great shop so close to home.
I was reluctant to try to find a new car repair place after moving, and had a bad experience with the last place I had tried. Called Ricky's to get a clunking sound looked at.
The issue was diagnosed quickly, and Ricky went so far as to take pictures for me to show the difference in the wear/tear on the parts in question. I lived close and they were kind enough to ferry me home, and pick me up a few hours later once the problem had been repaired.
They gave me an accurate estimate

I had a great experience with this Auto Repair shop they were friendly and went out of their way to help in any way they could. They continued to give updates on the status of my vehicle. Ricky the owner was very helpful and kind. And Diana who runs the front was absolutely phenomenal in the help that she provided. She also gave me and my son continuous communication to get almost instant results so that the repairs could be done swiftly. I personally would like to thank the both of them for helping my son John and myself Juliana with excellent service and communication along with friendly attitudes

Worst collision shop I been at. Got my car finally fixed and was missing parts. When brought to their attention was told they’re not that expensive just get them myself or call the insurance and file another clame. Now that’s what you call customer service. Was amazed by the answer. And when I took it in get appraised was told there is lots of damage and will cost a lot. Got it fixed and was done almost half price. After getting it inspected closely and by someone else. The car looked like it was done by someone that was doing his training and not professional. That place will NEVER see me
