I have to be completely honest. I was very worried after seeing some of the one-star reviews here. I trusted Chris to build a powerful gaming PC from the ground up with parts that I provided. He met my expectations at every angle. He provided me with same-day service, and I also received quotes from everyone else who said they would charge me upwards of 200 plus to build the kind of specifications I was needing. He only charged me $150 and I couldn't be happier with the great job he did for me today. I will trust him with my business for a lifetime whenever I need help with anything.

A computer repair guy is usually a GEEK and not a skilled salesman that can charm and BS the customers. Chris is blunt, but honest, so he does not mince words when to comes to telling you what is wrong with your computer. He might rub some people wrong with this approach, but I appreciate his honesty when he examines your broken PC. The bottom line is the work, his work is excellent and very reasonable. I have owned several PCs in the past, went to various computer repair places in the DFW area. I only take my computer issues to Chris, who repairs them flawlessly. His work is great, he even built

.I gave my laptop for repair almost 4 weeks ago.They told me it will be easy and only this much money....then they need a lot more money for parts and labor than they agreed to me previously.When I pointed out that that was not the agreed price they called police on me stating I am holding up their business.Also they take only cash.After I returned with cash the person told me I can not check the laptop in the store and he won`t give any guarantee that it works.If I have any problem with that I can file claim with small claims tribunal...Too much hassle and I don`t have time for that.So I ended

Whenever my friends or family are in an electronic fix, I always recommend these guys and I have yet to receive a complaint. They are fast and efficient for a good price! The first time I ever came here was when I had broken my laptop screen. We went to Best Buy first and they quoted us a whopping $700! No way! Then I came to this place and they quoted me a way more reasonable $250 for the same repair.
They just recently did an iPhone repair for my family friend for $100 rather than the $200-300 repair it would've been at the Apple Store!
I'd trust these guys with any of my electronics

Today, I received a call from the owner, Chris, that they broke the screen on my daughter's Kindle when they were diagnosing the problem. Now they expect me to pay for it! DO NOT TAKE YOUR COMPUTER OR ANY OTHER DEVICE TO THIS STORE! I have taken 2 devices to this store in the past year and each time the device stops working within 2 weeks of supposedly being repaired. Shame on me for trying them a third time. Please don't make the same mistake that I did.

Was told my computer would be repaired in 4 days. Four days later I called and the part had not yet been ordered. 14 days later I get my laptop back. Charged me $50 for a $2.50 part. When I went to pick up my laptop he talked my ear off about how he knew Shaq, Bo Pelini and all these ex-LSU baseball players from when he was a scout for LSU. I did some checking and he wasn't even at LSU when Bo Pelini was there, so he lied to me. Personally, I do not trust a word the guy says. I have never had a more displeasing business transaction.

Came here with an estimate from another computer company and they were able to save me 60%. All the details of my project was fully outlined and clearly communicated from beginning to end. Two words, honest and straight-forward. I would highly recommend this establishment for all your electronic needs.

The owner seemed very knowledgeable and willing to work with me on price, but wouldn't actually give me the names of the parts he wanted to use so I could do some research. Also the store looks really out of date. I understand that they probably spent a lot of money on their stock, but if it looks like a knockoff from 2001, I'm not gonna buy it and it makes me lose confidence in the store.
