I was in a car accident and needed to have my car repaired as soon as possible. I went to several other car shops before this one and i either received poor customer service, the run around as to when they might have the car ready or ignored while waiting to talk to someone about car repair while at the shop. Someone had hit our car pulling into a parking lot and we were referred by their insurance company to come here for repairs, from start to finish this place has been amazing quick and efficient helped get everything set up and made the whole process painless and extremely easy! The Sun West City’s team is top notch! From the moment I walked through the door I was greeted by the entire staff. Drop off was quick and easy. The communication during the repair was outstanding and the vehicle was complete 1 day earlier than promised. This is the type of place I would send my own mother to for repairs. The work was beautifully done and the vehicle was returned detailed and looking good as new. Don’t go to the big chain auto body shops. Give Sunn West City a try. You won’t regret it.

Totally and completely impressed with their work from start to finish. From the ease and communication of getting an initial quote for some small paint work , to arranging drop off , pickup, and being kept informed of progress along the way. It was only a small paint job for a a replacement tailgate I purchased , but felt vip like I was spending lots of $$ not just a few hundred. Thank you sunn west,, my tuck now looks a lot closer to the day I brought it home from the dealership more than a decade ago!!!.

While traveling through Arizona I needed some help. I pulled off the highway and just happened to drive past Sunn West Cities Auto Body. It was past closing time but I saw people inside so I poked my head through the door. I explained what I needed and the response I received was as if I were family. Patrick came right over knew exactly what I needed. He just happened to have what I needed at the shop, took care of me and sent me on my way. It's a shame they aren't closer to me because if they were and I needed their services I'd certainly return. That said I also heartily recommend

Extremely happy with the service we received here!! Bob helped us out and was very friendly and professional about his work. He was very detailed about the work that was going to be done to our car and made sure we felt comfortable about the process. We were told this work would take 3 days and they delivered! We received our car on the 3rd day and it looked like new, even the color was on point!!

Best service ever!!! My VW Jetta was significantly damaged in a car accident on the passenger side of the vehicle. My insurance company totaled it, but I decided to just salvage it instead. My insurance company wrote me a check and it covered all of the damage which was done due to them helping me out and being VERY CONSIDERATE AND KIND with their service costs. Bob was outstanding to work with and it's a very nice and professional business! I would recommend them to my family and friends anyday! God bless you all and thanks for the early Christmas gift!!! I had gotten into an accident and USAA had Sunn West City Auto Body as a recommendation. I dropped my car off on a Monday and it was an estimated 5 day repair. They had found more damage than anticipated, but tried to get my car done in the original time frame as I was paying for my rental out of my own pocket. Sunn west city was able to get my car back to me in brand new condition and on time like they had estimated. Shawn and his team are professional, courteous and above all else, timely. They do amazing work and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing work done on their vehicle.

We had the best experience after getting side swiped in an accident. Sean and Rudy took amazing care of us- kept us updated on the progress of our repairs and even apologized after redoing the paint when they weren't satisfied with how it turned out. They were reasonably priced as we paid out of pocket and our car looks awesome!

I've taken two previous vehicles here several years ago and they did a phenomenal job. I wrecked my car last week and was surprised how terrible the service was. I had my after market wheels taken off and had them put put on the stock ones, my $2,000 wheels were left out on the dirt. I asked for a trash bag to collect the things out of my vehicle and they didn't even acknowledge me. At 5 til closing time I asked if some could get me my license plate number and they said they were closed! What happened to this place they use to be great, now they're garbage!!

Worst body shop in the world I did a better paint job my first try in my high school auto class, they left they're heat gun or cigarrets on my back seat put 4-6 huge holes in it (good thing I had pictures before) also they put 80 miles on my car while it was in the shop that my insurance company is investigating right now. They are scammers. My car Is pushing 500 horses so I know that's why they took it for a spin now the suspension fell apart on the rear the alignment is way off and my transmission is destroyed. The 80 miles iPhones stamp times and dates as well as locations right
