When entering hospital, very nice set up with security check in and giving masks. But, once inside visitors/patients not made to wear masks (majority of visitors did not have on). As a hospital, this is upsetting during this time! The registration staff and employees interacting with all of they maskless visitors/patients never once asked them to put on mask. OP Services waiting area did not make visitors wear masks or distance either!

I have never been so disappointed!! They made my pregnant wife who was experiencing severe pain wait 6 hours to be seen then another 3 until we were even told what was going on. Their nurses didn’t know their a** from their elbow. We got asked the same questions over and over since no one communicated with each other. Worst experience!

Horrible horrible horrible...... Sat there for 10 hours for absolutely nothing ...... Er check in lady acts like she has no clue what's going on.... horrible too .... To then I ask for the charge nurse well lets just say he has no clue what's going on .... NO URGENCY AT ALL ... I HAD 2 BRAIN SURGERIES AND WENT IN FOR HEAD TRAMA ..... never bothered to check it till I got up and raised cane about it ..... If your wanting to see a doc DO NOT COME HERE ..... They are horrible rating is ---0000

This is the very LAST place you want to go if you have covid. You will sit and suffer for a maximum of 10 hours just for them to tell you that you have covid, and purscrib you with over the counter medicine that you've probably already take. Don't look forward to actually being taken care of in a room with comforting people because I can tell you from first hand experience that's not going to happen

My ER doctor was amazing. He took me right into the back and started treatment quickly.
The shot hurt so much I had a sailors mouth!
Apologies to the nurses and doctors that were there helping me, I was so ugly and I regret that.
Two nurses on the 7th floor stood out. MARIE AND STEPHANIE are so great at their jobs. Really made my stay so much better. I am so grateful for all in the health industry and Archbold is the place to go for serious help when you need it.

In this facility people are who working there are very rude, harsh, and uncaring. Have to wait for treatment for a long time and the demeanor is unacceptable. I would never recommend this hospital. People are confused and have no order what they are doing. No one knows anything. My friend was just there, and he waited a long time for nurses to come in and do what they have to do. And when she said she will be back in 5 min, but she returned in 2 hours. Unstable staff and atmosphere is cold and not friendly. Hope their attitude changes. They stand around more chatting than taking care of their patients
