Walked into a very nice man taking temperature and a DR Frederick Powell was coming and not happy at all.so I said smile, for being a professional
person not so and very very very rude. Then he came into our room and was even ruder as for as being a Dr he needs to treat all
people better.

Take my mom, a 47 year old immuno-compromised woman with diabetes, nerve damage, a herniated disk and myriad health issues who has tested positive for Covid. She had intense chest pain, issues breathing, and was literally squalling at the top of her lungs. It took 3 hours to get her into a room. I had to beg the unempathetic employees to please help her. They hadn't even taken her to triage in the 3 hours we were there. At the reception the man told me there were 5 or 6 patients in front of me yet after 4 went back, he still told me there were 6 ahead of me. Im aware of how emergency rooms work

Ok, it's a hospital. Not somewhere you want to end up at 2 in the morning. Yet, these people working here save lives day after day and while most are thankful they never leave a review and those who were not extended a red carpet leave a horrible review.
This changes today.
I have had the misfortune of having to come here. A couple times throughout the years and have not had a bad experience with the staff or service. You have to realize that these employees endure rude as heck people day after day and if you are simply nice to them, they will bend over backwards for you. No one likes being in

I’m really a polite person and always give people respect and courtesy but this emergency room staff was just straight rude for no apparent reason. Do they always treat the people this way? I would hope this was just a one time thing and not a frequent problem for the people trying to seek service at this hospital

My mother had to come in to the hospital we were told by the doctor they really only handle things if you are dying that they are not equipped to handle anything else. I have been here several times and I was shocked to see how poorly they operate now so sorry I requested for her to go there. I just have to wonder how they would feel if it were their mother?

This hospital went above and beyond to help me with a billing issue. I talked to 3-4 people from this hospital from their billing rep, to their CEO’s assistant & they were all truly amazing. They were so kind, compassionate and willing to help in anyway possible. I’m thankful for them all as they have reminded me that there are still good people in this world! Thank you Colquitt Regional Medical Center!

Had a procedure here today. Amazing staff- from the guy at door sanitizing my hands to the nurses to the surgeon, Dr. Stembridge. I was blown away by my experience. They have it set so those with a scheduled procedure don’t even cross paths with another patient. Very important since Covid is spiking. Dr. Stembridge is so kind & caring. I recommend him to anyone in need of a surgeon.

One star is listed so I can write the review but I give this place NO STARS. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! BEWARE! the doctors and staff here are horrible, my family member has gone here a few times and nothing ever gets resolved and they have ended up back in with worse conditions. There is a lack of professionalism, experience, and bed side manner. They do not take patients seriously and do not help resolve problems but contribute to them. They are a law suit waiting to happen. I'm surprised they are still open. They do not have any equity when it comes to Black patients and take them seriously. This
