Haven't been in store for a long while. Salesman was nice and and was greeted. Supply really low. I was looking for a RMZ-450. We chatted a little bit about other bikes coming in. Covid ruins everything. Overall, store was in order goid supply of clothing and protective gear. Parts guys were friendly and helpful. I'd go back again.

Purchased Avon tires, the sales person said those tires would be fitting for the bike. After the tires were mounted and balanced, the tires look good ,BUT the rear tire oslatesos and appeard to be very unsafe! Contacted them about this matter and absolutely NO satisfaction with customer service! All the business was concerned about is making a sale and getting the money, instead of my safety! Therefore I will go so far to say this company has no integrity towards customer safety or good business!! And I will NEVER EVER stop in this unprofessional shop

Despite having 2 FEET of snow in their parking lot from the current storm, they still managed to turn my parts order around and get it to me as soon as they possibly could. I'd completely forgotten that I purchased a bike here years ago until I went in to this place. Then I remembered why I forgot. Ouch. People used to tease me for wearing safety gear on a bike that could barely get on the freeway until I wound up under a suburban, but that's a story for another day (if you really want to know, ask.)
On today's visit, I was really just planning to do a little browsing around, because I haven't owned a bike in a a few years, one of my 30 something kids "borrowed" some of my gear, and I'm expecting to take delivery of my mid-life

UPDATE: They canceled my order and refunded the money. However, I never asked for them to do this and I was never contacted by the business. DON'T TRUST WHAT THEIR WEBSITE SAYS AND DON'T TRUST THAT THE PART IS IN STOCK!! I ordered a comfort seat for my bike on 8/25 and their website said it was in stock. I was told via email the estimated delivery date was 9/2 to 9/8. I received a confirmation email that my order was processed and the payment I made was immediately withdrawn from my account but I did not receive a shipping notice or tracking number (still haven't). Went into this shop in february 2020 , I was quoted $ 411 to change the front tire on a factory stock 2008 kawasaki VN900 , making this the most expensive motorcycle front tire change in history . So later after leaving unsatisfied and scratching my head ... on a hunch , I started checking the shipping rates to the factory in Japan for sending the front tire/wheel there to get it replaced and sent back .....it was $198.07 shipping ,plus the cost of the new tire $89, I do not recommend this business to anyone to expects to deal with professional qualified technicians .....it was like speaking to

Just moved to Portland. Wasn't aware this place sold Husqvarna outdoor gardening power tools so I bought directly from Husqvarna's website. One of the items purchased was a battery operated blower. When I received it, the battery didn't work. Husqvarna referred me to Yamaha Sports Plaza to go through the warranty process. I wish I would've known about this place prior to my purchase. I prefer to buy local. And these guys are amazing! Their customer service is top notch. They took care of me in a very timely manner and even upgraded my battery to a more powerful one at no charge

I sent a set of forks in for seal replacement and was quoted 60$ for parts and 180$ for labor, I was warned by other riders that this place likes to ramp the charge fee up once the work is done without telling you so I spoke to the manager before hand and he assured me I would pay 60$ in parts ( seal kit and oil) and 180$ in labor and not a penny more so I pulled the trigger and said ok. When I got my forks back two weeks later (they did say the fork seals would take a week to arrive) I got my forks back and was told my total was 270$ and not the 240$ we agreed on before and I told the salesman

Refused to put on new tires without an appointment. Told me they could store my bike and sell me tires, but they wouldn't take the 30 minutes to install the things without and appointment.
I get we all have places to be at closing time, but I had metal coming through my bald tires and they couldn't be bothered to be accommodating to my plight.
Went down the road to Gresham Powersports, showing up right at their closing time. They sold me tires and had them swapped out in 20 minutes.

I hate doing this because we need more shops on this side of town.
Service never admits their mistakes, they lie, cover up, and blame the bike if it's not in perfect mechanical condition. I have heard about 20 different excuses blaming me, I'm not exaggerating.
In the end they fixed the issue on 5th try, but blamed me and I believed them until I saw the "sticker residue" which proved beyond a reasonable doubt that I was right all along. Be very careful, and use a credit card in case you need to dispute.
I'm really conflicted posting this review, so please visit the

Purchased a pair of Fox dirt bike gloves new three weeks ago, was told by the sales person that they are brand new 2019 items that just came in. Within a few weeks of riding, both gloves had blown out seams in the same spot on each glove. Obviously I shouldn't have purchased a Fox product. However, I was not prepared for the total lack of concern from the Yamaha Sports Plaza staff when I returned. At first they said that they'd have to photograph them and get back to the flaky Fox rep and couldn't make any guarantees about what he'd do. Stopped in today to buy oil and a few other Hung's for one of our bikes and the customer service was great. John was super friendly and very informative. He made us feel right at home and was not pushy at all when we asked about certain bikes. The store was very clean and organized, large selection of bikes. Jeff was also very helpful when we needed an air filter cleaner and he walked us right over to the selection they had. Will definitely be back again, hopefully to purchase a bike next time!

Buyer beware. These people don't care about customer satisfaction. I ordered some accessories from their website. My package was poorly packed and one item was damaged in transit. I called to notify them and they were more worried about getting reimbursed by USPS than replacing the damaged item. I had to dispute the charge to get a refund. Now, I have to start the process all over again with a different vendor. Just don't do it. I wish I had their poor Yelp reviews first....
