Bring them with you to your first appointment. Please bring records of immunizations, test results, or any other medical records you may have. Understand how your insurance works. We are preferred providers for many insurance carriers; however, it is best if you contact your carrier directly regarding your specific benefits.
How do you provide care to underserved patients who have difficulty getting to the office? This was the challenge we were trying to solve at The Clark Clinic. Some of our patients don't have access to a vehicle or are physically restricted and unable to travel far. But, as most of our community is underserved, we needed to collectively identify a solution to ensure we can serve all our patients.

My wife tried, unsuccessfully, for over six weeks, to get a referral to an Orthopedic Clinic. No one EVER answered the phone and the voice mail for the referrals was full for two weeks. When I finally did leave a message, nothing. Two more calls later, voice mail only, they called and said they would take care of the referral right away. NOTHING. Finally after over six weeks, we changed Primary Care Physicians. Only then did I get a call from the Office Manager asking why we were switching doctors. Two months later, my wife can hardly walk all because no one answers the phon or calls back or does

Worst health care ever! Staff not qualified in any department. Took multiple calls for seven weeks to get blood results. Doctor Clark had a ignorant employee call to say I was in stage three renal failure! Really??? He couldn't have made the call for something so serious??? I have more medical knowledge then all the staff combined. No communication. Referrals not made????? Request for my medical records in another state not sent. I would not take a dying flea to this practice!

(I would not even give this place one star, but I couldn't make the post without giving it atleast a one star, uggh!!!) From behind the scenes as an "employee" (what a joke), to being a patient (even bigger joke), I am unsure that I can come up with much positive to say regarding this office, the staff, the owners, nor the way they handle business. As a new hire fresh out of school with no hands on (& this was disclosed during interview process), I was thrown into an office so filled with drama and nonsense that I can clearly see now why no work gets done in this place. We come to the Clarke clinic usually Saturdays due to our work schedule and see Dr. Ronnie in Bushnell. My Boyfriend Sammy Valadez is very comfortable with her . She is so knowledgeable , professional and takes her time with any questions or concerns. Without a doubt I recommend her 110%. She really is awesome and deserves recognition because it takes a special person to do what she does! The nurses are good , the girl who always draws his blood never misses and the wait time .. well I am a pediatric Nurse sooo I get how that goes. Some days ur on time and others the staff don't even get a bathroom

I have been going to this location for over a decade, and seen several doctor's, nurses, and staff. In all those years I have always been treated kindly, and with respect. As with all businesses, there were times it took longer to be helped (especially now with Covid), but never felt delayed unnecessarily. They have my confidence.

I'm just going to be constructive about my criticism. Your office staff/customer service needs MAJOR WORK. They seem to be very inexperienced and immature. I believe on both occasions that I called your office, I was greeted with a "hey". Secondly, I had a telemed visit at 2:15 pm. The doctor did not arrive online until 3:45. I arrived in the online waiting room at 2:00 and respected the doctor's time. I wish that was reciprocal. Lastly, NP Pike seemed a little annoyed during the visit. Not sure if she was bombarded with patients that day but her demeanor was a little "off". All in all, I won't

I went to my NEW PATIENT appointment earlier this week. I was told the latest appointment was 3pm. I took off of work 2 hours early to get to make it to the appointment. After I got there I sat and watched people who walk in after me (seeing the same NP) go in before me. When I asked about how much longer it was gonna be (it was 4pm) that I would have to wait another 30mins. After I got to see the NP she said she was calling me in some meds. It has been 3 days and I still haven’t got my meds. I have called the office multiple times about this issue and I always get transferred into a voicemail

Dr. Did not address my concern of migraines on my visit that I made specifically for the migraines. Instead wanted to do an annual exam. Then made me wait 2 weeks to do my lab tests then another two weeks to follow up. Then they called to cancel my appointment 10 minutes before the scheduled time. I’ve waited over an hour 3 times to be seen. Staff doesn’t know up from down and the place is run like a zoo.
