DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Promised to have our truck fixed in 1day and they kept our truck for 4 days. I had to call everyday to ask Kyle the status of the truck. They charged $545 for a diagnostic test that they have NO Answers for. They still don't know what's wrong with the truck and NOTHING was fixed.

Fantastic experience at this diesel shop. Owner Kyle was extremely helpful, gave me contact for a reliable tow company (ABC TOW) so I could get to his shop late in the night. He answered the phone super late at night & was very accommodating in many ways. He got there first thing in the morning & helped us fix our diesel ambulance. replaced tentioner & belt & had its back on the road to Washington within a couple hours. Highly recommend!! Thanks Kyle, she's running great!

My Roadside Assistance program sent this company out to help us when the satellite dish on our RV malfunctioned. Their services did not cost us anything, so, this company did not "buy" our positive feedback!
The young man who came out was very nice. He couldn't fix the problem, but removed the dish from the roof so that we could be on our way.
In the mean time, my husband noticed that the inside dually tire "wiggled" and asked the tech about it. The tech (a former employee of a tire company) knew that the tire was flat, and saw a nail. He followed us to the tire repair shop to make sure we arrived

I would give this a zero if I could. We simply had a leak in our power steering fluid. For them to tighten our bolts and refill the fluid which we provided, they charged 600. Got charge for 2 hours of labor when it only took one hour to do. They are ridiculous and I wish I had read these reviews beforehand. definitely disputing this charge with my bank!!!

This is my second review of this ripoff company today and the reason for the post is because I just other people reviews and I experienced the same exact problem everyone else had. Phony phone quote, doubled the price of my parts, charged me $68 for four torque bolts that I stood there and watched the mechanic round the heads off. Tried to reason with the shop manager Mark at the Deatrich Road location in San Antonio. He steps out the office with his cellphone for a hot 30 seconds, comes back in ways he had spoken with the owner Paul and he said that my bill was originally over $900 but they did

I called them to come out and adjust my valves. They had to use my tools. They did not know what they were doing. I went over the instructions with them. They didn't put it on top dead center so it locked up. They said my motor was bad so I paid them 600.00. Found out it needed to be on top dead center and I adjusted them myself and it works good. Asked them to at least adjust my breaks for that money and they laughed at me. Don't use Forward Diesel Repair!

I called them out because I thought I had a electrical problem which turn out to be I just needed new batteries. The mechanic went straight to the batteries and changed them which turn out to be the problem. I asked for the price over the phone before they came out which they said 120 dollars for the call out fee and 100 dollars a hour. They changed me 560 dollars at first and brought it down to 499 dollars to change the batteries. The mechanic was only here for 1.5 hours. Please be careful with this company they are the worst and all my years of trucking.

I had ABS issue that was causing trailer tires to lock up while driving so i called these guys and they sent a mechanic that came and adjusted my brakes then ripped me off $530 for a 1 hr labor and my problem never got solved, eventually i had to remove my ABS fuses and drive to a Boss Shop in Dallas where they fixed my problem for $240. Absolutely the worst service experience I've ever had since i became an owner op

Took my rv in to get a fuel issue fixed. Wanted them to drop the tank and clean it out or replace it. Was told over the phone by crystal after calling me back that she said this would be around $2000. I brought my rv up. They stated they would have it done in a couple days. 5 days later called and rv was just brought in the shop. Was told they had the fuel tank dropped. Called again Tuesday and found out they only drained the fuel out of it. Was called back and told the cost would be $8500 to do the job. I told them I’ll come pick it up. Crystal stayed my rv was being out back together as they

I should have read their reviews before hiring. Came to fix altenator on my food truck. Final price was 1500+ (twice what I was expecting to pay after receiving a preliminary quote). Problem wasn't fixed and while trying to explain to Mike, the shop manager, over the phone that my battery light was still on and he was asking me to pay and accept the work as complete, they told the mechanic to call the cops for theft of services. The dispatcher even told me I could always pay the bill and just dispute the charge on my credit card statement (I declined and explained I don't do business that way)

From the Very Beginning of calling road service for one of my drivers they were kind and professional , shortly after running up the call their mechanic called to advice their ETA, and that I loved! their communication with us 100%. They worked on the truck and got my driver running back on the road immediately! I appreciate their service for being right on time and for their friendly staff! Saved their number incase one of my trucks runs into a problem in their area, I know who to call! Definitely recommend them!

We called the company on a Friday night to repair a trailer. The tech went out took a look at the trailer and said he had to go get the part to make repair. Called back shortly to say he had to get the part the next morning because the 24 hour part store that his company use did not have part. The dispatcher for their company called to collect payment for road call mentioned that it was $480 for road call and coming back in the morning. We paid the $480 trailer has been sitting for 3 days. Called to get information as to getting repair done. The guy at location lies and says trailer is not on site

They charged us $1000.00 for U joints. And we purchased our own parts. Now they are calling the police on us for theft of service. These people are a ridiculous. Let me just say I a black business woman and the first thing out their mouths was they are calling the police on us because we told them we should not have to pay $1000.00. May I add we own a road service business also in Austin and would never treat our customers like this. The only reason we didn't fix our own truck is because our service truck was in the shop. Now you want to call the police on us because you didn't honor

Coach Net sent them out on a breakdown and I was told upfront that my part would be $100.00 per hour plus parts. When the ticket finally came up about 1 hour after the repair the labor rate had gone up to $175.00 per hour but the ticket actually said $150.00 per hour. The job took exactly one hour but they charged for one and a half hours or $225.00. That figure should have been $100.00. Now to the parts as it took a air drier that cost $35.00 at NAPA where they purchased it but they charged me $94.88 for the part. Next comes shop supplies that they charged $65.89 for and as I could see that

WARNING STAY AWAY! I live less than 1/2 mile from this business and wanted to try them out. I have a 1995 first generation 7.3 diesel that started to run rough last week. It was still drivable but I wanted to get it checked out. I scheduled an appointment on Friday for Saturday morning at 0800. I drop the keys off with one of the mechanics and it went downhill from there. They did not look at my truck until around 1 o'clock. When I went back to check on it the mechanic left the keys in ignition to the on position. I mentioned something to the shop supervisor, Mike, and he assured me that everything

I called another shop that I'd done business with previously, but was put on permanent hold...not once but twice. So I randomly called Forward Diesel. To my pleasant surprise I was given quick, efficient, quality service over the phone. They told me to bring my 2000 Ford F-350 down and they'd take care of the repairs I needed. When I arrived I was immediately greeted by Mike, the shop manager, and he quickly took care of my needs. I left the truck in their capable hands and it was ready for pick-up just a few hours later.
That all being said, the thing that impressed me the most was

Highly recommend Forward Diesel Repair to anyone needing their semi serviced. Their 24hr shop is a plus for our late night breakdown. Great customer service, their road tech knew what he was doing and got to my driver in the time frame as promised. Their dispatch kept in great contact with our dispatch and driver.
