Brand new to the Big Shop in early 2020 is Dyno Diagnostics. We'll be able to guide you specifically on how your truck is performing. Whether you're looking for horsepower or just plain reliability our Dyno will give you the confidence you need to head out. Call the shop now to book an appointment on our Dyno.
The parking renter agrees to these terms and conditions. The monthly rent is $165.50. That amount covers Parking, Administration Fees, and Processing Fees. Today, you will pay a pro-rated amount for the number of days left in the month. On the first of next month, you'll be charged the full amount of $165.50 and each month thereafter.

I was told this morning that they didn’t have the software to work on my 2016 Mack. Only six months ago they did work on the same truck for similar issues. As I walked out I noticed several Volvos parked there for service. I’ve since learned there is a new service manager who apparently doesn’t know that they are the same thing. Who knows what else he doesn’t know.

This is the best place to take your BIG Rig. Lisa and Ken are amazing! Whole staff is great! Just had my ac go out on my new KW....had it fixed in a couple of hours. Reasonable price, great service, free trucker hats, popcorn and candy....love it!

Marc and his crew are incredible! This is by far the best shop that I've ever used and I give them my strongest endorsement. Simply put, I'm not taking my truck anyplace else. The were able to do a performance tune for me when I first came to them and spotted a problem with my coolant system that was easy to fix while they were under the hood. That coolant issue was a quick fix in the shop and saved a roadside break down. They also helped diagnose a problem with my air system and fixed it quickly too. This shop is great. Very professional and the quality of work was outstanding. I recently had a overhaul done and couldn't be happier. What an outstanding job. My truck runs great. The new tune and turbo best decision I made. Thank you for a great job. Definitely going to bring my other 2 trucks when work is needed. Also the time that was said it would be done was right on. I spoke with Mark about work I had done on my truck prior to ever taking it to him. He was courteous, and extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to explain my options. When I finally did start doing business with Big Shop they have been very professional, upfront with time frame to accomplish the work, and just really good to deal with. I will always highly recommend them. They have at least 14-16 bays and are able to get you in and fixed, repaired, or serviced in a very timely manner. I have been using their services since 2015 and when you want it done right the 1st time they have quality mechanics.
I recently had my year end preventative maintenance done, it was a long list but the cost was very fair.
If you value your equipment this is the only shop I'd recommend to have your work completed.

I think Big Shop is a professionally well run shop with the technology and know how that got me back on the road fast. Their customer service is second to none--complete with easy access to the facility, well maintained gravel lot, plenty of trailer parking space, minimal wait time to get started on your repairs, a large and comfortable waiting lounge and kitchen with beverages, and they are flexible (when possible) in helping the drivers get to nearby accommodations.
