I called them at around 12:30 on a Saturday (they are open on Saturdays which is absolutely amazing) to get a quote on a window repair. Sebastian answered and was immediately welcoming on the phone. I am always nervous about using new businesses, but the reviews were great and after speaking to Sebastian I immediately knew I wanted these guys to work on my truck. They closed within a few hours, but told me they would take the time and get the job done! I was absolutely amazed a repair shop, that is open on Saturday’s, would make sure and take the time to get the repair done.

I have been bringing all three of my vehicles to Rapido for about 5 years. They run a very clean, professional operation. They send me reminders before my service appointments, and they call afterwards to ensure that I am fully satisfied. They are very capable of many repairs. They just did oil change, transmission flush, rear differential service, and new battery and were more cost-effective than the dealer. Have bought tires here, had brakes done (incl. caliper replacement), and much more. Great shop and great people!

I had several issues with Car Shield Warranty, but RAPIDO worked with them during every step of the 8 day ordeal. I got my car back with COLD AIR, and am finally done with the repair. Good job to Sharon, John and Sebastian. Also the waiting room was very clean and comfortable.

I needed my tires rotated so I called them in the morning and shortly after they opened to see if they could work me in that very same morning. I had surgery this week and I was going to be quarantined so I had to get it done Monday morning before my covid-19. Not only did they work me in and let me come in to get my tire rotation while they were busy but they got it done in the time frame they said they would I felt a lot quicker. I've been going to this location for quite a few years my last car I let them Services well they've always been kind, courteous and professional I recommend this place

I like everything about Rapido. Sebastian Is great.
I had been hit in the " rear end" ....consequently my back up sensor no longer worked. Auto Nation Ford quoted me a price upward of $700 to repair/replace.
Sebastian said it only needed a wire...thus saving me a few hundred dollars. Also, their bathroom is spotless

My car was on its last leg... but they transformed my car to brand new!!! A miracle achieved at a reasonable price! Sebastian, the manager is so helpful, patient in explaining to me what/why work that was needed. Then showing me all the old parts that were replaced. Only place I ever take my auto. Same with my sister and brother-in-law's cars.

I had a repair and was quoted at an extremely high price. I was in a bind and paid for the repair because I needed my car back. Once I started investigating, the owner confessed that not only do they charge retail for the part, they jack up that price as well. Do your homework before agreeing to pay, People are nice, but they will gouge you on the repair price. The owner will give you all kind of excuses why the price is so high, don't buy it.

ABSOLUTELY fantastic! My car had been driving funky for a while and one day on the road my breaks almost stopped working completely. I was extremely close to hitting the car in front of me and scared. I called every close shop and it was the afternoon on a Saturday and no one would help me. I called Rapido and a friendly voice named Sebastian was on the other line. On Saturday, March 31, 2018. I went to the above establishment for an oil change and inquired about noise coming from the wheels as I increased in speed. After the oil change of course as mechanic shops do. They told me about all these issues I needed fixing including needing rear wheel bearings for the noise w/total cost bilateral rear being approximately $480. I needed to go home and evaluate some expenses to get the service completed. I did and called back to have the worst rear wheel bearings service completed for approx $280. I had my car towed not knowing why it wouldn't start , my insurance company recommended them, they tried to charge me $99 diagnostic find find out what's wrong instead of the free service most companies run to… check starter, battery and alternator..... they said they ran test but still didn't know what was wrong, thankfully I decided to get a second opinion as they quoted me $511 for a new starter.....come to find out it was a dirty connection to the battery just requiring a little cleaning...... THEY WERE GOING TO CHARGE ME FOR A SERVICE AND PART I DIDN'T NEED!!!! I contacted my insurance

I recently moved to the Saint Petersburg area from NYC, I was surprised to see that mechanic shops were closed on Saturdays when I happened upon Rapido. This is the second time I have taken my vehicle here and both times I have been told one price only to come and pick my vehicle up to find the price has jumped by $100-$150....first time they told me it took longer than they thought, even though the manager (or owner I cant remember which) told me no matter what it would be x amount. This time I was told one price over the phone, and i thought they were including the cost of a battery but it turns out not. Feeling like I have been scammed.

Went above and beyond to promptly make necessary repairs. They explained and showed me in detail any issues. I needed to wait in their waiting area which was clean, comfortable and air conditioned. They frequently updated me on progress of the work and apologized for any delay. I would recommend Rapido for your car needs.
