You will not find service like this anywhere else. Mark from EPA just serviced our water softener & reverse osmosis system. He was very eager to stay with him while he completed the service call. He wanted to teach me about the system & how it works. I was very interested in learning about it; so he was very successful. I have never had such great customer service!

I highly recommend EPA. We have been customers for over 18 years. They have installed and moved several systems for us over the years! Each time we have moved, or purchased a property that needed a system they are the only company we have used. Off the top of my head, I count 5 systems they have done for us. Some systems have been more complex than others. We have had well water, and city water. We had to have a UV light on one of our systems due to bacteria. They have been able to treat whatever is needed.

Ok, I don't do a lot of reviews, but I must speak about how pleased I am with the service I received at EPA. This company is an example of what a small business should be. MaryBeth took the time to answer all my questions about my new water softener system and I never felt rushed. She was polite and professional. I work hard for my money and I want a business to be respectful of my time and considerate of my wanting to make informed decisions. I received that here at EPA and I look forward to doing business with them goin forward

Very professional and personable, they stand behind their work. We just completed the 1-year service visit and am happy with the services. Make sure to confirm pricing in advance for all services, including the annual service visit, as they are not cheap, however the service and quality are very good. We no longer have hard water and the equipment/materials are high quality. Highly recommend.

We moved in to a house that the previous owners had installed EPA equipment into. When we informed EPA we had taken ownership, they were quick to come by the house and introduce us to the equipment as well as get us scheduled for annual service. Very friendly and knowledgeable, we love our RO and softener!

When our old water softener started spitting rain into the sink we knew we had a problem. Called around the area for two estimates. We chose EPA because Mark was knowledgeable and kind (and he loves dogs so that's a plus). We explained that we are not mechanically inclined people so he gently walked us through everything we needed to know, never belittling us. Time from initial consultation to installation was about a week. Installation went well. We will be seeing Mark soon for a follow-up to make sure all is well. It's lovely having soft water again.

We had a filtration system that was very old and was not functioning properly. We discussed filtration and water purification issues to see what we needed. Mark was very knowledgeable and discussed how EPA's system could help soften our water and provide cleaner drinking water. We recently moved to a house with a water treatment system and needed some orientation as well as salt delivery for the water softener.
EPA were super responsive and were able to schedule an appointment right away.
Mark was incredibly informative and helpful. I knew nothing about our system and Mark took the time to explain EVERYTHING. Very friendly. We will definitely use their services again.

We have very acidic well water and in need of a new system for a few years. Honestly, I find the science and all the different systems difficult to compare and understand. It is an important and not cheap investment. At the beginning of 2020 we had EPA install a new system and we could not be happier. Compact, efficient and effective. Mark installed it and has been out for routine service every 6 months. He is meticulous in his work, exceptionally knowledgeable, trustworthy and reliable. EPA Water Consultants did a great job. They were a lot less money then our normal service people. The tech was on time and was very friendly. He serviced our water treatment system great. I would definitely use EPA again and recommend others to use them.

We installed a whole house water treatment system with reverse osmosis about 4 years ago. The first thing I noticed was an improvement in my health. The water quality is superb; the costumer service is top notch; and the technicians are professional and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this great company!

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!

We just moved into a new home and had used them to get a standard annual water treatment service (refill neutralizer media, change reverse osmosis filters). The tech broke the on-board computer during service and want to charge us $462 for a new part + $96/hr labor to repair. The computer seems like it was electrically shorted (most likely got wet).

After pushing back, they offered to pay half of cost of the part and charged us $231. They said it was just bad timing and it is fair for me to paid 50% of the part cost. The unit was not functional at the broken
