We had hard water and were also concerned about what is in the drinking water that we are giving our 2 year old, so we looked into local water experts and are so happy we went with Lehigh Valley Water systems! Our water is now amazing , and the reverse osmosis water tastes awesome ( our family and friends even comment on how great it tastes as they notice when they visit) with the additional peace of mind we are giving our daughter the best water she can get. Their customer service is the best, and they even came out to help us connect our new fridge to the water system when the delivery company

Ben and the installation team were very professional. Ben will test your water on site and provide recommendations based on the results. I found the pricing to be competitive and straight forward with no gimmicks. Scheduling was quick and the work completed in a timely basis. The installation area was left in immaculate condition. All the equipment was explained in detail and all questions answered. I would highly recommend Ben and his team for all of your water treatment needs.

I cannot recommend Lehigh Valley Water Systems enough. They were professional, courteous, and easy to work with. I was able to get a pressure free quote quickly and schedule my install in a timely manner. Pricing was fair and the early results we are already seeing with the quality of our water is amazing. We should have gotten a softener earlier and now that we have the Refiner system it provides exceptional drinking water to any faucet in our house (better than our filtered water from the fridge prior to install!).

Ben is extremely easy to deal with. There's no sales pressure whatsoever. He beat Culligan's price by $1k. Most of all, they use fiberglass tanks made down the road in Pottstown. Also, the installers did a superb job. They explained how everything works and told me which filters and salt to use as well.

Just moving into a new house and this company made everything easier for the water. We had a slight issue with plumbing and they installed what they could, and then came back 2 days later once the plumbing issue (our fault not theirs) was resolved. They were polite and did Wonderful work. I have already given their name to other friends that need water treatment updates. A truly wonderful company that treated me like family. I had a wonderful experience with Lehigh Valley Water Systems! I recently had a water refiner system and reverse osmosis water drinking system installed. I contacted Ben, and within two weeks our system was installed. He came out to our home, tested the water, and set up the appointment for installation. Wonderful Experience! - I contacted Lehigh Valley Water Systems to help deal with my residential well water that ran red with iron and was very acidic. Ben came to the house and tested the water, made very reasonable recommendations, and I had the new filtration system and reverse osmosis faucet installed a week later. Ben was very knowledgeable and knew the local water supply particulars in ways that only experience can teach. Prices were reasonable and the installation guys were company employees, not subcontractors. Everyone was a pleasure to work with, communication was great, no surprises
