The owner finally replied to cover her butt. My appointment was NOT in June during Covid, my appointment was before the lockdown in late FEBRUARY! I had a scheduled appointment and confirmed the day before, I arrived to a closed shop and no one answered my call, I never received a call back. I have moved on, they are unprepared and I can't support someone who runs their business so poorly.

I have had facials, waxing, light treatments.. plus have purchased products that I love..
Brie has such a lovely demeanor.. so easy to chat with and is a great listener to what your concerns are.. and most of all she offers a solution..
Just by chance I saw Waxology one day.. and called to make an appointment.. I was so lucky to meet Brie.. I no longer am searching.. She is a girls GoldMine!! and the absolute step in the right direction to healthy, youthful, beautiful skin..

Brie is a friendly face who makes you feel at ease right from Hello. The suite is always clean and beautifully decorated (and temperature controlled) located in a nice quiet business complex not too far from the freeway. Plus she does a clean job that doesn’t irritate and really lasts. I’ll be a loyal client for life!

I was down in socal visiting my family and found their groupon since i'm a broke college student I am always trying to save money where ever I can. I booked an appointment with Lara, and when I go to new wax places I'm always worried if I am going to get my money's worth, but I can say with confidence I 100% did going here. I got a brazilian and eyebrow wax and I have pretty sensitive skin and easily get in grown hairs. I totally recommend Lara, she's amazing! She was able to get most of my in grown hairs out and totally painless brazilian wax. I don't know what she does

I moved away from Orange County for a few years (2013-2017) and would try to come as often as I could, when I moved back to Orange County, Cami was the first person to know and I was so excited able to get back in her regular rotation. I started seeing Cami when I was pregnant and needed a wax before a trip to Hawaii. If you've ever gotten a Brazilian while also being pregnant, you know that it can be a very stressful and painful experience.
This was exactly the opposite.
Cami took the time to ensure that I was comfortable and hair free. I continued to see Cami for all of my waxing needs until I recently moved out of state. I wish I could fly her out every four weeks as she is that good.

Never got to get their service. I bought it through Groupon in April, for 4 months I tried to set up an appointment and as soon as they found it I have Groupon they sent me back and forth to each other and they would say they are book through the month. For this service you do not want to wait a month.

Let me start off by saying I was definitely one of those "only strip-wax" people from the beginning of me getting waxes regularly.
My go-to waxing salon was a "chain" wax place (I don't want to specify names). The girl that did my waxes regularly was actually a close friend of mine and though I think she's a phenomenal wax-ist (?) she recently moved to Oregon and because I ONLY trusted her to do my waxing, AND because I've had other girls from her salon wax me (btw, they did a not-so-spectacular job at it...) I decided on going to a different salon altogether

I had bought a Groupon after i read all the amazing YELP reviews and the reviews were on point -- Brie was so friendly and made me feel so comfortable! Best of all, it was pretty much as painless of a process as it gets for Brazilian waxing! Her technique was awesome and I have never felt such little pain getting waxed as i did with Brie. Definitely recommend and 100% going back!!

Cami was awesome! I just had underarms, half leg and full Brazilian done. Not only is she friendly and fun, she is efficient, thorough and great to chat with! I've been waxing and know sometimes you can feel a little odd but not today. Also the job looks great and will very little pain! Definitely be back!
