This was the 5th vehicle I have purchased at Koons Honda/GMC. I am a return customer because the buying experience is pleasant, efficient and the sales team is great! So courteous and professional. They have never pressured me nor tried to sell me something I would not be happy with or unable to afford. Recently, I needed my driver seat trim replaced. With a few hiccups in getting the trim ordered, once I connected with Terry, the Service Manager of Buick at Joyce Koons, my trim was changed very efficiently. Dealership arranged a loaner, picked up my car from my house same day, dropped the loaner for me to use and brought the car back same day and picked up the loaner. Excellent service that day. Joyce Koons keep up the good work. THANK YOU.

Terry and the service department at Joyce Koons were amazing when we needed a miracle on a Sunday afternoon.
When our family was driving from Florida to New York on Saturday, we stopped for the night in Lynchburg, VA and realized the tire was losing air. On Sunday morning we were hoping to get the tire repaired or replaced, and get back to NY that day. However, we found the 22" rim on our Yukon XL was cracked. We got the spare on and working, and found Joyce Koons service department was open on Sunday. I spoke with Terry, and the miracle began - they had our 22" wheel in stock! I

Way overpriced even though prices are clearly written within shop. Charged a $45 inspection fee, which was not outlined prior to work being completely that turned an $80 oil change into $126. Thankfully I had GMC points to pay for the service. Will not return.
Edit: GM repair shop called and was “confused with my complaint and why I had a problem with the final bill.” Well, it was $125 for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Thank goodness I had GMC points to pay for most of the bill. Folks, save your money, buy your own oil and attend YouTube academy to learn how to change it yourself

I recently wrote a 1 star review expressing my bad experience with Joyce Koons Buick GMC; my car broke down less than 6 months after buying it leaving me in a position to pay hefty fees in repairs. But after the General Sales Manager, Tim Welton, reach out to me multiple times to help me solve my problem and even went as far as offering me a much better deal than the dealership near my house and google searching solutions on his own time, I have to changed my review to 5 stars. He was very helpful throughout the entire process and I am grateful because you do not get this type of service anymore

My husband and I purchased a pre-owned 2015 Nissan Altima with a Platinum Protection Plan from Joyce Koons in March 2018. After having a mechanical issue with the car 30 months into our purchase, we contacted the warranty company only to be told the warranty had never been activated by the dealership.
This means that from the time of purchase to the time the warranty began was actually 30 months ($1525.) for a warranty we did not actually have. This is fraud.

Who writes a glowing review about a car dealership? Well I'm going to because this is like the Trader Joe's, Nordstrom's, Southwest Airlines of car dealerships! Let me explain.

I've had two bad experiences. I'll try to be brief. First time I had my Buick LaCrosse in for service I was quoted one price over the phone and was giving another price when I got there. I literally had about $2 more in my bank account then the original quoted price. I was livid and stormed out without my car.

I have now bought my 4th car here, a used one for my student son. I had complete confidence in getting a 12 year old car because of the consistent reliable interactions I had buying my GMC truck (i love that diesel Canyon BTW), and a couple of Honda on the other side side of the lot. Every employee is attentive and clearly communicates what to expect, and when. I have never been stranded in waiting. My only complaint is they could use better wi-fi in the lounge, :) , but what really matters is their honesty and fair pricing. I never used a dealer

By far the worst customer service. Brought my brothers truck in for a oil change. Services are to lazy to stand up to greet you. Very unfriendly. Was told about an hour... 1.5 hours later had to check on it which they told me any 5-10 more mins. 20 mins later he came in the waiting area to ask if I wanted a car wash. Really that was on the service order?!?! Never ever will come here!!!! What a waste of time.

We went by the dealer 2x this weekend looking for a new Yukon. We have had some bad dealings with another dealer, Jerrys Chevy, and were not looking forward to working with another dealer.
We were surprised to find that Koons was much different. The sales guy, Philip, was very nice and there was no pressure.
We couldn't agree on a price and didn't buy a car, but we will be going back there when we need a new car.
