All machine shops like to make thousands of parts and we are no exception. Our equipment is fully capable of doing just that, but we are also happy to make one part or ten if that's what you need. We can work from your Drawings, 2D geometry or Solid Models to produce your parts. If you can tell us what you need a part to do, or where it must fit, we can design a part for you and then produce it in whatever quantity you need.
We can build a prototype part, assembly or machine to your specifications, or we can work with you to design and build your prototype according to your vision. Once built, we can work with you to test and develop your prototype into a finished product.
A part or assembly that cannot accommodate significant dimensional changes and keeps failing can usually be substantially improved with experienced application of better materials, heat treating, shot peening, or other processing as well as careful attention to design detail such as fillets, finishes, splines, threads, seals, etc.If you are looking to streamline production, reduce cost, improve strength or durability, reduce weight, etc.
