Services
Heritage Montessori School views early education as a crucial step in fostering a lifelong pursuit of knowledge. We see children as valuable and competent individuals who have a voice. They are innately curious, imaginative, and eager to build relationships. The teachers role is to be a partner, a careful and thoughtful observer, guiding students toward a greater understanding of self-selected topics.
At Heritage Montessori School, each child will benefit from a completely individualized, enriching curriculum that is designed to develop the whole child. We specialize in STEAM enrichment. The Primary Classroom (age 3-6) is divided into four main areas: Practical Life, Sensorial, Mathematics and Language.

The place where my daughter learnt to speak fluently, confidently, handle objects innovatively and the most important is to be in a welcoming and cheerful environment.

We transferred to HMS in November of this year from another montessori school. I didn't know how "wrong" our old school was until I saw it go right here. When you drive up teachers are engaged with children and not with their phones or each other. The passion of the staff can be seen in every aspect of the school. My 3 year old daughter looks forward to school now and actually resists leaving every day. I love the diversity of the school and the classroom setup is superb. Can't recommend the school enough, you can see for yourself with a tour how amazing this place is.

Heritage Montessori is an amazing preschool. My daughter has really thrived here and we have loved every day of school. She can’t wait to go to school each day and has so much fun learning. I love that she gets to play outside and inside and feel like school has been so rewarding for her. I 100% recommend Heritage Montessori to anyone.

We started sending our daughter here near the end of summer 2021 and truly feel each day that she's in great hands. The new owners work as a dedicated team to provide interesting and unique learning experiences of all types to the children. One small example is their construction of a large and impressive outdoor garden system right outside the classroom door, where vegetables and fruits are already sprouting and where kids can not only be in touch with nature but see for themselves how plants grow.

After spending a lot of time researching how child-led play is critical to learning and development I was so disillusioned to find that most schools adopted a traditional curriculum so they could “check the box”. Then I found Allison, who now owns and runs Heritage Montessori! It was so refreshing to talk to a teacher who loved what she did and was actually able to create an environment that supported everything I read about how kids learn! My child is in Heritage Montessori for almost a year now and my wife and I highly recommend the school. Montessori as an educational model requires trained and experienced teachers, prescribed educational infrastructure and a stress free environment. Heritage provides all these and more and we are certain they add up to the overall educational environment that is more than a sum of the parts.

Heritage Montessori has been an amazing blessing for me and my two children. My mother is a retired Montessori teacher, and finding a school that lived up to her standards with authentic Montessori instruction was challenging until I went and toured Heritage. The administration and the teachers truly love and care for the well being of the children and have a great appreciation for the Montessori curriculum which encourages and inspires the child's own natural love for learning. My daughter has been a student at Heritage Montessori School since October 2013 and we have been thankful each and every day. Heritage Montessori School has made such and impact in her education and it is amazing watching her grow. My husband and I would never settle for less when choosing a school for our child. We feel that the owners/teachers are the best and there is no question that we made the right choice in education for our child. My son has been attending Heritage Montessori School since last December. I have been nothing short of thrilled with the results so far and with our experience with Heritage Montessori School so far. The administrator and staff are excellent. They are great with the kids and encourage them to be themselves while cultivating a true love of learning.
