Pretty cool place... Not the best at answering the phone though. Although it has been busy over the last couple days😊

My son had black mold for over 6 months and the leasing office would not even return calls(all pre-covid). He then had a water leak from upstairs neighbors 9 months ago and after several requests to fix the gaping hole in the ceiling they never fixed it. My son lived there for 2 years, as it is cheap and has great access to the school. The maintenence team is kind, but the leasing office is 100% unresponsive. Steer clear of this place. correction this review is for skyvue operated by same company

Management is awful, I recommend checking out the other reviews posted around the internet. I couldn’t get them to call me back at any point over the course of a year. It took over 2 months to get a key to my mailbox & the office was almost always closed. I sent easily 10+ emails without ever getting a response in regards to coordinating my move out. There have been a few accounts of them continuing to charge people after they move out & sending them to collections. This place is obscenely overpriced for the area, if I were you I’d just find somewhere else

They raised my rent during Covid, their reputation alone made it really difficult to find a lease takeover, no washer and dryer in unit, and the rent is way too expensive for a
tiny bedroom. I lived in University Heights for almost two years before I moved out. Please take my advice and don't do business with them.

Living here a month now. It's VERY close to campus, just like I hoped. Directly across from a bus station and dorms! It can get a bit loud (cars and neighbors) and you don't really get much of a chance to know who your living with other than gender before fully commiting to a room. I got very lucky and have fantastic roommates though. You do get your own room with a lock and key. mine comes with a space with pretty good size for price in this area (a twin bed was a good call though) the laundry room requires a key they give you and you do have to pay for the machines. But the rent is a straight

Best advice don't live there! My son lived at University Heights Apartments during Covid. Upon moving in, he found his bathroom with feces and urine all over the toilet. During Covid! Their website said enhanced cleaning was happening, total lie! Management refused to clean. Carpets were stained and dirty, closet in bedroom was broken, also kitchen drawers were broken. In the six months he lived there, nothing was fixed. Very important to know-they will not let renters speak to each other prior to move in. When living in such close contact with others, important to know who you are moving

I’ve lived in Viking Gardens for about a year, and up until now I have had a fairly good experience renting here.
My main problem with WWU Living involved an issue with my renters insurance. If you have renters insurance from a provider other than e-premium be prepared to prove that you not only have proof of renters insurance but that you also have proof of a $100,000 general liability in your renters insurance policy. And be sure to show that proof of a $100,000 general liability in your policy right away when management asks for it- or else management will charge you a $30 non-compliance

I'm writing this review for my experience with Carl, a member of the maintenance staff here at WWU Living. Throughout this year of living at Sky Vue Apartments, he has been exceptionally helpful and kind, always going above and beyond. My roommates and I have put in a couple of requests for maintenance, and he has been the one to assist us each time. He has always been on point and punctual in communication, let's us know when he's coming by, shows up on time, and has done an incredibly thorough job in repairs, while explaining what and why he's doing what he's doing. The room and location are fine. However, it seems there are more people living here than there are parking spaces. Every time I leave then come back I'm looping round and round the area praying someone leaves so I can park. I've been late to class several times because of this. Due of the lack of space I've been forced to park on campus, I've spent over $150 parking on campus due to not finding parking at the complex I pay $725 a month for. Very, very, very, very frustrating. I've had to walk a quarter mile with groceries because of this parking issue. Assigning folks their own parking space needs

Honestly I wasn’t really looking forward to moving in to a new place and trying to figure out how to do everything. However, Emily was the absolute best! She eased all my worries and showed me where everything was from the laundry to things to do around campus. She was super helpful and the other management staff in the office were also super professional and helpful. Overall my experience here has been incredible.
