Do not rent an apartment here!! So many reasons but I’ll list a few. The trash is not handled regularly. The parking situation is deplorable!! The manager puts tow stickers on cars with VALID PAID parking passes!!! And most important the manger Jim is awful! Have personally observed him being rude to people of color as well as elderly tenants and visitors! If you are a minority or elderly - don’t do it!!! The previous manager was amazing!! No idea why they got rid of her and replaced her with him!! Zero stars- do not recommend

We have lived here for nearly a year and are very happy with the amenities, location, and management. Jim is always even-keeled and patient even though there are a lot of tenants and accompanying paperwork to keep track of. No complaints about maintenance and very happy with the roomy, bright apartments. We also love our diverse quiet neighbors. We enjoy having a duck pond, trails, basketball court, and 2 playgrounds nearby. As an added bonus, we frequently see deer, owls, rabbits, squirrels, and hawks. Our only wish is that tenants would respectfully and consistently throw trash in the dumpster

I want explanations on the behavior of Jim. He gave a wrong number for his supervisor when I complained to him about his behavior and I requested to discuss the issue with his supervisor.
I want his manager to reach me and explain to me why he is employed there. It is unacceptable that people with his demeanor to others have a positions he has.
I am looking forward to hear from you regarding this matter.
