My partner and I have lived here for about two years. The only reason we are leaving is due to job opportunities in another state. This apartment complex has been an incredible place to call home.
We are close to many shops, parks, and local restaurants. On the rare occasion we ran into an issue with a sink or refrigerator, maintenance was quick to respond and help us. The landlord manager on site (Wanda) is friendly and incredibly helpful and made our living experience here all the more enjoyable.

I will be leaving your residence. I was intrigued the way the until was built. The main reason I decided to be a tenant was due to the patio that was available. I haven’t been able to go out on my patio in over a month. I found black mold on the ceiling in my patio and reported the issue to office. I had someone from maintenance come to check it out the issue on January 02, 2020. It is now February 12, 2020 and the issue has still not been fixed. I received a call from the office manager on February 12, 2020 after it had to be brought to their attention again. They are now saying the tools are

My dad lived here from 2008-2011 and probably before then. As a kid it was very accommodating, the pool never had too many people and it was a great temperature and size. The appartment layout had one bedroom, but it was wasn't too small, and the office area could be converted to a second room, besides the kitchen everything was a good size.

I give revue on all rentals we.state here,,, every time I check apts for low income I get mocked with exssessive rate,s according to FHA,s original 1940s law. Low income defined as average publics ability to pay, average public defined as working lower class.average pay 940 $ a month at 1250 a hr.the law states,50% of that would be slowed .HUD try,s to bluff public that that is only for there rentals.in exchange for do national BRIbes to not I force law,ext get the picture yet !

I didn't live here, but my husband did for a short while when he worked in Washington. The management was very accommodating during the weeks our daughter and I came up to visit. Let us use the spare key to get in to the apartment on our first trip there as my husband was at work when we finally arrived. I truly appreciate how easy they made it for me, seeing as how I had just traveled from Texas to Seattle then drove to Bellingham.
If you all would accept large dogs (80+ pounds) we would be moving up there and staying there right when I graduate nursing school. Sadly you don't 😞

My partner and I are so excited to be living here. Its a beautiful property and the recent remodel has left all the apartments gorgeous, modern and with all new Whirlpool brand appliances. The pool and sauna are super clean and the on sight manager is incredibly friendly and helpful. Looking forward to a wonderful summer in our new home.

The place is pretty much a non stop construction site. The management is remodeling every single unit they can so they can jack up the rent to an unreasonable price. Small one bedrooms go for $990 and this is Northwest Ave, not exactly the nice side of town. There is the constant sound of hammers and buzz saws from 9am-4pm Monday through Saturday, so if you work nights your life will be a living hell. There is a pool but it's pretty much closed for maintenance 50% of the time, even on weekends. There use to be a nice little wooded area with a bench but they ripped it out and replaced it with an
