We had trouble with our GE Smartwater softener. Derek showed up on time. He fixed the water softener and was very patient with us because we had lots of questions and wanted to see what he did. That piece of equipment is such a puzzle to us and we just wanted to see how it was put together. We are extremely pleased with his work. And to top it off, he fixed the valve on our pump tank. The price was very reasonable. I will definitely recommend him to everyone i know.
